高速公路養(yǎng)護(hù)作業(yè)區(qū)交通組織方案優(yōu)化關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)高速公路里程的快速增長(zhǎng),截止到2013年7月國(guó)內(nèi)高速公路網(wǎng)已建設(shè)完成78.5%。由于我國(guó)交通運(yùn)輸呈現(xiàn)出交通量迅猛增長(zhǎng)、重載車比例大和單車超載嚴(yán)重等特點(diǎn),初期建設(shè)的高速公路無論從承擔(dān)的運(yùn)營(yíng)能力或是路面行駛舒適性方面都難以適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代交通運(yùn)輸大發(fā)展的需要。因此,高速公路改擴(kuò)建和局部路段養(yǎng)護(hù)工程將會(huì)驟然增加;改擴(kuò)建和養(yǎng)護(hù)工程的進(jìn)行,勢(shì)必會(huì)影響到正常路段的行車通暢性和安全性。為了保證作業(yè)區(qū)路段較高的通行能力,又不降低行車及施工的安全性,科學(xué)有效地制定作業(yè)區(qū)交通組織方案十分必要。 首先,本文借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究方法與成果,從影響作業(yè)區(qū)交通組織的交通流特性、駕駛員特性、道路特性和車輛行駛特性等方面進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)研分析;并根據(jù)作業(yè)區(qū)影響因素特性及交通組織方案試運(yùn)行特征,決定采用Vissim微觀交通仿真進(jìn)行參數(shù)及方案評(píng)價(jià),以達(dá)到方案設(shè)計(jì)與評(píng)價(jià)的可重復(fù)性; 其次,基于國(guó)內(nèi)養(yǎng)護(hù)作業(yè)交通組織相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范,結(jié)合多個(gè)改擴(kuò)建工程保通成功實(shí)施案例,明確作業(yè)區(qū)交通組織方案設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)及流程;針對(duì)交通組織方案須滿足行車通暢性與安全性的原則,科學(xué)比選評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)并提出適用于多指標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)方法,以完成對(duì)關(guān)鍵參數(shù)及交通組織方案的評(píng)價(jià)體系構(gòu)建; 最后,以雙向四車道高速公路最常見的兩類封道模式,,即封閉外(內(nèi))車道和半幅封閉開放中央分隔帶模式進(jìn)行分析。借鑒交通部和地方相關(guān)規(guī)程,提出優(yōu)化后的限速模式(警告區(qū)400m處限速80km/h,1200m處限速60km/h)整體安全性較高;并根據(jù)作業(yè)區(qū)路段服務(wù)水平提出工作區(qū)建議設(shè)置長(zhǎng)度閾值;進(jìn)一步針對(duì)半幅封閉開放中分帶模式下,從行車軌跡理論計(jì)算和仿真角度出發(fā),提出滿足一定通暢性與安全性的中央分隔帶合理開口長(zhǎng)度建議值80m;并推薦采用中分帶開口前設(shè)置80m車輛合流漸變段進(jìn)行車輛合流,進(jìn)入100m合流緩沖段以形成穩(wěn)定車流的方式,以平穩(wěn)跨越中央分隔帶。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of highway mileage in China, 78.5% of the highway network has been built by July 2013. Because of the rapid growth of traffic volume, heavy duty vehicle proportion and the serious overload of bicycles and so on, the traffic and transportation in our country are increasing rapidly. It is difficult to adapt to the great development of modern transportation in terms of operating capacity or road driving comfort in the early stage of highway construction. Therefore, the reconstruction and expansion of expressway and the maintenance of local sections will increase abruptly, and the construction of reconstruction and expansion and maintenance will inevitably affect the traffic patency and safety of normal sections of the road. In order to ensure the high traffic capacity of the working area and not to reduce the safety of driving and construction, it is necessary to formulate the traffic organization plan of the working area scientifically and effectively. First of all, this paper draws lessons from the domestic and foreign research methods and achievements in the related fields, from the traffic flow characteristics, driver characteristics, road characteristics and vehicle driving characteristics of the traffic organization in the operation area to carry on the data investigation and analysis. According to the characteristics of the influencing factors in the operation area and the trial operation characteristics of the traffic organization scheme, it is decided to use the Vissim microscopic traffic simulation to evaluate the parameters and schemes, in order to achieve the repeatability of the scheme design and evaluation. Secondly, based on the relevant technical specifications of domestic maintenance operation traffic organization, combined with a number of successful implementation cases of the renovation and expansion project, the key parameters and process of traffic organization scheme design in the operation area are defined. In view of the traffic organization scheme must meet the principle of traffic patency and safety, the evaluation index is selected scientifically and the evaluation method suitable for multi-index is put forward in order to complete the evaluation system of the key parameters and traffic organization scheme. Finally, the two most common closure modes of two-way four-lane expressway, namely, closed outer (inner) lane and half-closed open central partition mode, are analyzed. Referring to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Communications and local authorities, the optimized speed limit mode (400m speed limit 80kmh, 1200m speed limit 60km/h) is safe as a whole, and according to the service level of the road section in the working area, the length threshold is suggested to be set up in the working area. Based on the theoretical calculation and simulation of the driving path, a reasonable opening length of 80 m is proposed for the central partition belt, which satisfies certain patency and safety in the semi-closed open middle zone mode. It is recommended that 80 m vehicle convergence gradient section be set up before the opening of the middle zone, and enter 100 m convergence buffer section in order to form a stable traffic flow, so as to smoothly cross the central separation zone.
