基于分形理論的溫拌瀝青混合料技術(shù)性能指標(biāo)的研究

【摘要】：溫拌瀝青混合料作為一種新型的混合料,對減少道路施工中二氧化碳與其他氣體污染物的排放具有重要的意義。傳統(tǒng)上用來評價溫拌瀝青混合料多從宏觀上來評價,如空隙率,穩(wěn)定度,流值,動穩(wěn)定度等指標(biāo),然而這些指標(biāo)在用來評價混合料的性能時都存在自己的不足之處。瀝青混合料作為集料,瀝青膠漿,空隙的三相結(jié)合體,其宏觀所表現(xiàn)出的性能與其微觀結(jié)構(gòu)密不可分。本文從集料的分形特征研究開始,對溫拌瀝青混合料的宏觀性能進行試驗,同時也對溫拌瀝青混合料的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)進行研究,給出一些評價溫拌瀝青混合料的微觀指標(biāo),并嘗試建立微觀評價指標(biāo)與宏觀評價指標(biāo)的聯(lián)系。 本文中選用骨架密實型級配SMA作為研究對象,壓實溫度為150℃,分別采用馬歇爾壓實法,旋轉(zhuǎn)壓實法,輪碾法等方式成型。成型前先對所使用的集料進行分檔,之后對集料的分形特征進行研究。成型之后對溫拌SMA的宏觀性能指標(biāo),如空隙率,穩(wěn)定度,流值,凍融劈裂強度比,動穩(wěn)定度等性能進行測試,并同時獲取溫拌瀝青混合料的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)圖像。采用相關(guān)軟件對溫拌瀝青混合料的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)圖像進行處理,之后得到評價溫拌瀝青混合料的微觀指標(biāo)。最后,對溫拌瀝青混合料的宏觀評價指標(biāo)和微觀評價指標(biāo)進行研究,探尋這兩者之間的聯(lián)系。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn),集料的分形值與其面積成反比,集料的面積越大,其分形值越小。其次,集料的無標(biāo)度區(qū)間是有限的,超過一定區(qū)間后集料的分形值將會有重大的改變。對于不同巖質(zhì)的集料(石灰?guī)r與玄武巖),它們之間的分形特征相似。 對于溫拌瀝青混合料SMA,其宏觀性能與其空隙率有著密切的聯(lián)系,隨著壓實次數(shù)的改變其空隙率也不同,所對應(yīng)的宏觀性能也不同。當(dāng)壓實次數(shù)達(dá)到一定的次數(shù)后,壓實次數(shù)的增加對溫拌瀝青混合料宏觀性能的提升的作用將變得很小。對于溫拌瀝青混合料的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)來講,其空隙率的單位面積分維值隨著壓實次數(shù)的增加而增加。溫拌瀝青混合料的宏觀性能與其微觀空隙率的單位面積分維值存在著不同的線性關(guān)系,其宏觀性能,穩(wěn)定度,凍融劈裂強度比隨著空隙率的單位面積分維值增加而增加,流值,最終變形隨著單位面積分維值的增加而減小。
[Abstract]:The warm-mix asphalt mixture is a new kind of mixed material, which is of great significance to reduce the emission of carbon dioxide and other gaseous pollutants in the road construction.
