瀝青混合料紫外光老化評價指標的研究

【摘要】:為了提出瀝青混合料紫外光老化評價指標,通過瀝青砂來研究瀝青混合料的流變特性,制作瀝青砂試件進行室內(nèi)加速紫外光老化試驗,分別進行0、2、4、6、8、12個月的紫外光老化。對老化的試件在恒定荷載0.1 MPa的作用下,保持恒定溫度20℃進行單軸壓縮蠕變試驗,得到應變-時間關(guān)系曲線。采用Burgers模型描述瀝青砂的流變性能,并根據(jù)應變-時間關(guān)系進行Burgers模型4參數(shù)的擬合,擬合得到不同老化時間對應的黏彈性參數(shù)值,對該值進行擬合,得到黏彈性參數(shù)和老化程度的關(guān)系式E1(h)、E2(h)、η1(h)、η2(h),把該表達式代入Burgers模型的本構(gòu)方程表達的蠕變?nèi)崃糠匠讨械玫饺渥內(nèi)崃縅(t)和老化時間的關(guān)系式J(h,t),提出用J(h,1 200 s)作為瀝青混合料紫外光老化的評價指標。
