高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)停車需求管理仿真研究
[Abstract]:The parking demand of expressway service area has obvious tidal phenomenon, and most parking resources in service area have the shortage of supply during the peak period. Based on the further research and analysis of this kind of phenomenon, it is concluded that the long-term parking of some vehicles is the main reason for the shortage of resources. In view of this, this paper studies the problem of parking charge in service area during peak hours from the perspective of parking demand management. Parking demand management based on parking charge is the most common method in urban parking management. However, the parking area of the expressway service area is free of charge and it is not realistic to take all the charges. Therefore, the main idea of this paper is to limit the parking time of vehicles in peak hours, and to collect parking fees for vehicles exceeding the limit time. The purpose of collecting parking fee is to realize the effective management of parking demand so that the parking time can be controlled within a reasonable time in order to achieve the goal of controlling parking demand and coordinating the supply and demand balance of parking area. Taking the service area of highway H as the research object, this paper analyzes the service ability and influencing factors of parking area and the characteristics of parking demand of parking people through investigation and analysis of the service ability and influencing factors of parking area. In view of the actual situation of the parking problem in H service area, the Arena simulation software is used to model and simulate, and the simulation results are analyzed, the problems are found out, and the parking charge method in the parking demand management theory is used to improve the model. Finally, Arena's OptQuest tool is used to optimize the operation of the model, and the optimal parking limit time and parking rate are obtained. This paper puts forward the management method of time-limited parking charge for free service facilities, and uses Arena simulation software to model and optimize it, which provides scientific and reasonable research ideas and methods for the follow-up research in related fields.
