【摘要】：數(shù)值模擬為橋梁爆破拆除的關(guān)鍵步驟之一,為了實現(xiàn)對鋼筋混凝土簡支板梁橋爆破拆除過程的有限元數(shù)值模擬,運用動力分析軟件——ANSYS/LS-DYAN建立了分離式共節(jié)點模型。首先,比較分析了在板梁兩側(cè)切口與跨中切口采用微差爆破與不采用微差爆破兩種方案下的爆破效果;其次,對跨中裸露鋼筋的受力過程進行了分析;最后,對板梁的下落速度進行了對比分析。結(jié)果表明:分離式共節(jié)點模型可以體現(xiàn)出鋼筋和混凝土的力學(xué)性能差異;采用微差爆破的爆破效果更好。
[Abstract]:The numerical simulation is one of the key steps of bridge blasting demolition. In order to realize the finite element numerical simulation of the blasting demolition process of reinforced concrete simply supported slab girder bridge, a separated co-node model is established by using the dynamic analysis software-ANSYS/LS-DYAN. First of all, the blasting effects of two kinds of blasting schemes are compared and analyzed, and then, the stress process of the exposed steel bars in the span is analyzed, and the blasting results are compared between the two kinds of schemes: one is using the differential blasting on both sides of the slab beam and the other on the other is using the non-differential blasting method. Finally, the falling velocity of plate beam is compared and analyzed. The results show that the separated common node model can reflect the difference of mechanical properties between steel bar and concrete, and the blasting effect with differential blasting is better.
