江順大橋技術方案選擇與項目評價研究

【摘要】:斜拉橋的結構體系由受拉的、索承壓的塔以及承彎的梁體組合,是一種使用拉索直接將主梁拉在橋塔上的橋梁。斜拉橋在我國得到較為廣泛的應用。 本論文以江順大橋工程為背景進行分析。 首先,從路線方案與江門、順德兩地現(xiàn)有交通網(wǎng)絡結合情況,橋梁與相鄰大型構筑物之間的距離、工程總造價等方面對南、北橋位方案進行對比分析,考慮到北橋位能快速接入佛山市規(guī)劃的干線公路網(wǎng),且北橋位方案相鄰西江特大橋、九江大橋距離均衡。推薦采用北橋位方案。 其次,根據(jù)通航、水利要求及河床特征,橋梁主跨不小于700m;合適橋型為斜拉橋或懸索橋。本文采用實地調(diào)查、文獻調(diào)研和比較分析等方法,提出H型斜拉橋,倒Y形斜拉橋和懸索橋3個橋型方案,在對技術難度、航道及水利適應性、維修和養(yǎng)護成本、建筑景觀等方面綜合分析后,本文建議采用H型斜拉橋橋型。本文一并對江順大橋的引橋與交叉工程方案近期、遠期考慮的要素進行分析。 再次,本文對江順大橋項目的多方面進行評價。在項目土地利用方面,該項目可能占用了耕地和基本農(nóng)田。在工程環(huán)境影響方面,大橋施工期產(chǎn)生噪音、空氣污染、水污染,以及對水上交通干擾;而運營期主要有來自汽車尾氣空氣污染和公路通道噪聲污染。在項目節(jié)能影響方面:橋梁運營期間的照明和公路的養(yǎng)護大修等對于電能和燃油均有一定的消耗,但是該能源消耗量相對于使用者的能源消耗量較小。在項目社會影響方面:本項目的建設需要在公路沿線征用一定的土地和實施有限的房屋拆遷,對一些居民的生產(chǎn)和生活會造成一定的負面影響。 經(jīng)分析,本項目采取了積極有效的措施以達到節(jié)約集約用地的目的,能減少占用耕地和基本農(nóng)田;對環(huán)境的不利影響在工程竣工后,將逐漸減小或消除;本項目的建設不會對區(qū)域能源供應造成不利影響,并且本項目建成通車后,緩解了通道交通壓力;本項目在及時足額補償支付拆遷款后,,被拆遷的居民有足夠的資金和時間來重建住宅,確保了項目影響區(qū)的社會環(huán)境安定。 該項目的研究對今后類似工程方案選擇及評價具有一定的參考借鑒價值。
[Abstract]:The structure system of cable-stayed bridge is composed of tension, cable compression tower and bending beam body. It is a kind of bridge which is used to pull the main beam directly on the bridge tower. Cable-stayed bridges are widely used in China. This paper is based on the analysis of Jiangshun Bridge Project. First of all, from the route scheme and Jiangmen, Shunde two existing traffic network combination, the distance between the bridge and adjacent large-scale structures, the total cost of the project and other aspects of the south and north bridge plan is compared and analyzed. Considering that the north bridge site can quickly access the highway network planned by Foshan City, and the north bridge location scheme is adjacent to the Xijiang Bridge, the Jiujiang Bridge has a balanced distance. The North Bridge location scheme is recommended. Secondly, according to navigation, water conservancy requirements and river bed characteristics, the main span of the bridge is not less than 700 m, and the suitable bridge type is cable-stayed bridge or suspension bridge. In this paper, by means of field investigation, literature investigation and comparative analysis, three bridge-type schemes of H-type cable-stayed bridge, inverted-Y-shaped cable-stayed bridge and suspension bridge are put forward in terms of technical difficulty, adaptability of waterway and water conservancy, maintenance and maintenance cost. After comprehensive analysis of architectural landscape and other aspects, this paper proposes to adopt H-type cable-stayed bridge type. This paper also analyzes the short-term and long-term considerations of the approach bridge and the crossing project of Jiangshun Bridge. Thirdly, this paper evaluates many aspects of Jiangshun Bridge Project. On the land use side of the project, the project may occupy arable land and basic farmland. In the aspect of engineering environmental impact, noise, air pollution, water pollution and interference to water traffic are produced during the construction period of the bridge, and there are mainly air pollution from vehicle exhaust and noise pollution from road passage during the operation period. In the aspect of energy saving, lighting during bridge operation and maintenance and overhaul of highway have certain consumption of electric energy and fuel, but the consumption of this energy is smaller than that of users. In terms of the social impact of the project: the construction of the project requires expropriation of certain land along the highway and the implementation of limited house demolition, which will have a certain negative impact on the production and life of some residents. Through analysis, the project has taken active and effective measures to achieve the purpose of saving intensive land use, which can reduce the occupation of cultivated land and basic farmland, and the adverse effects on the environment will be gradually reduced or eliminated after the completion of the project. The construction of this project will not adversely affect the regional energy supply, and after the completion of the project, the traffic pressure of the passage will be alleviated. After the project paid in full and timely compensation, the displaced residents have enough funds and time to rebuild the house, ensuring the social environment of the affected area of the project is stable. The study of this project has certain reference value for the selection and evaluation of similar projects in the future.
