基于壓力動(dòng)態(tài)平衡的盾構(gòu)密封艙壓力控制方法

【摘要】:針對(duì)盾構(gòu)密封艙壓力系統(tǒng)缺乏機(jī)理模型,無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)快速準(zhǔn)確地壓力控制問(wèn)題,在密封艙壓力控制機(jī)理分析基礎(chǔ)上建立了密封艙壓力動(dòng)態(tài)平衡的數(shù)學(xué)模型。采用離散元法對(duì)密封艙壓力場(chǎng)進(jìn)行仿真,研究刀盤(pán)開(kāi)口率、埋深等因素對(duì)密封艙壓力傳遞關(guān)系的影響,分析了密封艙隔板壓力與測(cè)點(diǎn)壓力的映射關(guān)系,定義了密封艙壓力傳遞系數(shù),并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了密封艙壓力控制的參考?jí)毫χ翟O(shè)定過(guò)程?紤]密封艙壓力系統(tǒng)機(jī)理模型的非線性與時(shí)變特點(diǎn),提出密封艙壓力的雙變量最優(yōu)控制策略;谕翂浩胶舛軜(gòu)密封艙壓力控制試驗(yàn)臺(tái)對(duì)所提控制方法進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,研究結(jié)果表明:控制精度與速度均能滿足適應(yīng)地質(zhì)變化的密封艙壓力系統(tǒng)控制要求。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the lack of mechanism model of the pressure system of the shield sealed cabin, the problem of rapid and accurate pressure control cannot be realized, and a mathematical model of the pressure dynamic balance of the sealed cabin is established on the basis of the analysis of the pressure control mechanism of the sealed cabin. The pressure field of the sealed cabin is simulated by the discrete element method, the influence of the factors such as the opening rate and the depth of the cutter head on the pressure transmission of the sealed cabin is studied, the mapping relation between the pressure of the partition plate of the sealed cabin and the pressure of the measuring point is analyzed, the pressure transmission coefficient of the sealed cabin is defined, And a reference pressure value setting process for the pressure control of the sealed cabin is put forward. Considering the nonlinear and time-varying characteristics of the mechanism model of the pressure system of the sealed cabin, the two-variable optimal control strategy of the pressure of the sealed cabin is put forward. The test results show that the control precision and speed can meet the control requirements of the pressure control of the sealed cabin adapting to the geological change.
