城市公共交通便捷性評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:公共交通是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)和公共服務(wù)體系的重要環(huán)節(jié)。隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷增長(zhǎng),城市化進(jìn)程不斷加快,城市機(jī)動(dòng)化水平的逐漸提高,我國(guó)城市居民出行范圍不斷加大、出行需求不斷增加,發(fā)展公共交通已經(jīng)是緩解城市交通環(huán)境壓力的必然趨勢(shì)。在此背景之下,研究公共交通的便捷性,對(duì)城市公共交通系統(tǒng)的便捷性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),找出城市公共交通便捷性存在的問(wèn)題,提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策及建議,能夠提高公共交通服務(wù)水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)城市交通整體水平的提升,保障城市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展。 論文基于乘客出行鏈的角度,根據(jù)影響城市公共交通出行便捷性的對(duì)公交站點(diǎn)服務(wù)范圍、公交線網(wǎng)密度、公交信息的獲取、公交出行時(shí)間、公交運(yùn)行速度等17個(gè)主要影響因素,選取了“換乘距離”、“換乘系數(shù)”、“公交站點(diǎn)覆蓋率”、“公交線網(wǎng)密度”等14個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),對(duì)不同的評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)城市公共交通便捷性的適用性進(jìn)行比對(duì)和篩選,建立了基于理想解的Vague復(fù)合物元評(píng)價(jià)模型,,給出了了Vague復(fù)合物元的定義,根據(jù)改進(jìn)的Vague排序函數(shù)確定評(píng)價(jià)方案物元的正理想解和負(fù)理想解,確定了基于理想解的每項(xiàng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)對(duì)于最理想情況貼進(jìn)度的排序,并通過(guò)結(jié)構(gòu)熵權(quán)法計(jì)算指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,利用相似度量對(duì)實(shí)際值和不同評(píng)價(jià)等級(jí)物元到理想物元的距離,對(duì)重慶市城市公共交通便捷性進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)價(jià),得出其綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果為“二級(jí)”。最后,結(jié)合重慶市主城區(qū)公共交通系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn),分析了“公交專用道設(shè)置率”、“非直線系數(shù)”、“公交車平均運(yùn)行速度”、“公交線路重復(fù)系數(shù)”等方面存在的不足之處,并提供了重慶市主城區(qū)公共交通便捷性合理的優(yōu)化改進(jìn)意見(jiàn),對(duì)重慶市公共交通系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行調(diào)整與改進(jìn)具有可行性和實(shí)用性。 在確定每項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的正理想解和負(fù)理想解,確定更為準(zhǔn)確的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)排序,選擇適當(dāng)?shù)脑u(píng)價(jià)方法、多種評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的綜合比較分析、改進(jìn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系、評(píng)價(jià)方法的應(yīng)用和改進(jìn)等方面有待進(jìn)一步探討。
[Abstract]:Public transport is the basic industry of national economy and the important link of public service system. With the continuous growth of our country's national economy, the acceleration of urbanization process, the gradual improvement of the level of urban motorization, the travel range of urban residents in China is constantly increasing, and the travel demand is constantly increasing. The development of public transport is an inevitable trend to alleviate the pressure of urban traffic environment. Under this background, this paper studies the convenience of public transport, evaluates the convenience of urban public transport system, finds out the problems existing in the convenience of urban public transport, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, which can improve the service level of public transport. To realize the promotion of the overall level of urban traffic, to ensure the economic and social development of the city. This paper is based on the angle of passenger departure chain, according to the 17 main influencing factors, such as the service range of bus stop, the density of bus line network, the acquisition of bus information, the time of bus travel, the speed of bus operation and so on, which affect the convenience of public transport travel in the city. Selected 14 evaluation indexes, such as "transfer distance", "transfer coefficient", "bus station coverage", "density of bus line network" and so on, and compared and screened the applicability of different evaluation methods to evaluate the convenience of urban public transport. The Vague complex element evaluation model based on ideal solution is established, and the definition of Vague complex element is given. According to the improved Vague ranking function, the positive and negative conceptual solutions of the matter element of the evaluation scheme are determined. The order of each evaluation index based on the ideal solution for the optimal condition is determined, and the weight of the index is calculated by the structural entropy method, and the distance from the actual value and the matter element of different evaluation grades to the ideal matter element is calculated by the similarity measure. This paper makes a comprehensive evaluation on the convenience of urban public transport in Chongqing, and draws the conclusion that the comprehensive evaluation result is "second class". Finally, according to the characteristics of the public transport system in the main urban area of Chongqing, this paper analyzes the shortcomings in the aspects of "bus lane setup rate", "non-linear coefficient", "average bus running speed", "bus line repetition coefficient", and so on. At the same time, it is feasible and practical to adjust and improve the public transport system of Chongqing by providing reasonable optimization and improvement suggestions for the convenience of public transport in the main urban area of Chongqing. In determining positive ideal solution and negative ideal solution of each index, determining more accurate ranking of evaluation index, choosing appropriate evaluation method, comprehensive comparison and analysis of various evaluation results, improving evaluation index system, The application and improvement of evaluation methods need to be further discussed.
