盾構(gòu)法施工對(duì)鄰近托換樁基影響的數(shù)值模擬分析

【摘要】:近幾十年來(lái),城市的發(fā)展正以前所未有的速度向前推進(jìn)。作為城市交通最重要工具之一,地鐵正在發(fā)揮越來(lái)越重要的作用。地鐵的建設(shè)也在各大中城市的地下悄然鋪開(kāi)、遍布全城。如何在地鐵施工時(shí),,對(duì)上部建筑進(jìn)行有效防護(hù),一直是人們關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。樁基托換技術(shù)正是對(duì)建筑物的樁基進(jìn)行加固的工程措施之一,廣泛運(yùn)用在地鐵施工時(shí)對(duì)上部建構(gòu)筑物的防護(hù)中。因此針對(duì)地鐵盾構(gòu)法施工時(shí)樁基托換效果的研究具有十分重要的工程意義。 本文首先簡(jiǎn)單介紹了隧道盾構(gòu)法施工、樁基托換等關(guān)鍵工程技術(shù),并在總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究成果及現(xiàn)階段研究中存在的不足的基礎(chǔ)上,確定了利用大型有限元軟件ANSYS對(duì)廣州地鐵六號(hào)線上某段樁基托換工程進(jìn)行模擬分析的總體思路。具體的研究工作如下: (1)建立雙樁梁式托換結(jié)構(gòu)托換單樁的模型,比較隧道開(kāi)挖前、開(kāi)挖時(shí)、開(kāi)挖后對(duì)托換樁基的水平變形、豎直變形、樁側(cè)摩阻力以及軸力的影響作用 (2)改變托換樁基之間的距離S、樁端位置、上部荷載作用位置以及注漿壓力等工程參數(shù),建立多種工況下的有限元分析模型。得到了各工程參數(shù)對(duì)托換樁基內(nèi)力及變形的影響效果。 (3)按具體工程方案建立雙樁梁式托換結(jié)構(gòu)托換多樁的模型。分析表明在采用樁基托換技術(shù)后,即使受到隧道盾構(gòu)法施工的影響,樁基的內(nèi)力及變形仍處于安全的范圍內(nèi),進(jìn)而驗(yàn)證了工程方案的合理性。
[Abstract]:In recent decades, the development of the city is advancing at an unprecedented rate. As one of the most important tools of urban transportation, subway is playing a more and more important role. Subway construction is also quietly spread in all large and medium-sized cities, spread all over the city. How to protect the upper building effectively during subway construction has always been the focus of people's attention. The pile foundation underpinning technology is one of the engineering measures to strengthen the pile foundation of the building, which is widely used in the protection of the upper structure in the subway construction. Therefore, it is of great engineering significance to study the underpinning effect of pile foundation in subway shield construction. In this paper, the tunnel shield method construction, pile foundation underpinning and other key engineering technologies are briefly introduced, and on the basis of summarizing the research results at home and abroad and the shortcomings existing in the present research, The general idea of simulating the pile foundation underpinning project on Guangzhou Metro Line 6 is determined by using the large-scale finite element software ANSYS. The concrete research work is as follows: (1) the model of double-pile beam-type underpinning single pile is established, and the horizontal deformation and vertical deformation of underpinning pile foundation before and after excavation are compared. The influence of side friction and axial force on pile (2) changing the distance of pile foundation, the position of pile end, the position of upper load and grouting pressure and other engineering parameters, the finite element analysis model under various working conditions is established. The effect of engineering parameters on the internal force and deformation of underpinning pile foundation is obtained. (3) according to the concrete project scheme, the model of double-pile beam-type underpinning structure is established. The analysis shows that the internal force and deformation of pile foundation are still in the safe range even if it is affected by tunnel shield construction after adopting pile foundation underpinning technology, and then the rationality of the project scheme is verified.
