九江大橋斜拉橋箱梁截面溫度場特性及預(yù)測模型研究

【摘要】:混凝土箱梁的溫度效應(yīng)將產(chǎn)生結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力與變形,影響橋梁的安全運營,對橋梁溫度場開展研究具有實際工程意義;诰沤髽蛐崩瓨蚪Y(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),采用不間斷連續(xù)觀測的方法對該橋混凝土箱梁溫度場進(jìn)行了長期觀測。根據(jù)布置在混凝土箱梁的30個溫度傳感器實測獲得的溫度數(shù)據(jù),對測點日溫度場及年溫度場、順橋和橫橋向溫度場變化、日溫度變化和年溫度變化模型進(jìn)行了研究。本文主要研究內(nèi)容如下: (1)介紹了九江大橋結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)與傳感器的布置,總結(jié)了混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)溫度場影響因素及相關(guān)參數(shù)計算理論,開展了混凝土箱梁溫度場觀測。 (2)選取不同季節(jié)的典型測試樣本,對混凝土箱梁翼緣板和底板日溫度場進(jìn)行了分析,獲得了翼緣板下緣和底板所有測點日溫度時變規(guī)律,以及日照下順橋和橫橋方向測點溫度場分布規(guī)律。 (3)選取每天12:00和0:00兩個典型時刻數(shù)據(jù),對翼緣板和底板測點年溫度場以及順橋和橫橋方向測點年溫度場分布進(jìn)行了研究,獲得了九江大橋年溫度場特性變化規(guī)律和不同季節(jié)溫度變化特性。 (4)分別采用一個全周期的正弦函數(shù)來描述實測溫度的日變化特征和一個半周期的正弦函數(shù)來描述實測溫度的年變化特征,建立了九江大橋日溫度變化特性和年溫度變化特性預(yù)測模型。
[Abstract]:The temperature effect of the concrete box girder will result in structural stress and deformation, which can affect the safe operation of the bridge, and the research on the temperature field of the bridge has practical engineering significance. Based on the health monitoring system of the structure of the cable-stayed bridge of Jiujiang Bridge, the temperature field of the concrete box girder of the bridge is observed for a long time by the method of continuous and continuous observation. According to the measured temperature data of the 30 temperature sensors arranged in the concrete box girder, the temperature field of the measuring point and the annual temperature field, the temperature field, the daily temperature change and the annual temperature change model were studied. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) The arrangement of the health monitoring system and the sensor of the Jiujiang Bridge is introduced, the influence factors of the temperature field of the concrete structure and the calculation theory of the related parameters are summarized, and the temperature field view of the concrete box girder is carried out. (2) A typical test sample of different seasons is selected, and the temperature field of the flange plate and the bottom plate of the concrete box girder is analyzed, the time-varying law of the temperature of all the measuring points on the lower edge of the flange plate and the bottom plate is obtained, and the temperature field of the measuring points in the direction measuring point of the lower edge of the flange plate and the transverse bridge direction is obtained. The distribution of the temperature field and the temperature field distribution in the direction of the bridge and the transverse bridge were studied at 12:00 and 0:00 per day. The changes of the temperature field and the temperature of different seasons in the Jiujiang Bridge were obtained. (4) The annual variation of the measured temperature is described by using a sinusoidal function of a full cycle to describe the daily change characteristic of the measured temperature and the sine function of a half cycle, and the temperature change characteristic and the annual temperature change of the Jiujiang Bridge are established.
