長江三角洲高速公路網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建對區(qū)域可達性的影響

【摘要】:高速公路建設(shè)有利于縮短地區(qū)間的交通里程并節(jié)約旅行時間,改善區(qū)域間的可達性并有利于地區(qū)間的經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系的增強。以長江三角洲地區(qū)為研究區(qū)域,基于1992、1998、2004和2010年的公路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù),采用節(jié)點平均交通里程、節(jié)點平均迂回系數(shù)、節(jié)點平均旅行時間和區(qū)域平均旅行時間等空間和時間距離指標對長三角地區(qū)選定年份的交通可達性及其變化進行測算與比較。研究表明:1)各縣市平均交通里程均獲得了不同程度的縮短,節(jié)點平均迂回系數(shù)均獲得了不同程度的降低,但不同縣市在不同時期的改善幅度存在較大差距,2004 2010年各縣市平均交通里程改善幅度最大,尤其是跨江和越海通道建設(shè)使長江和杭州灣沿岸縣市的迂回度獲得了較大幅度的降低;2)隨著高速公路的建設(shè),各節(jié)點平均旅行時間和區(qū)域平均旅行時間均獲得了大幅度的改善,尤其是邊遠地區(qū)改善幅度更大,但受交通建設(shè)邊際效應(yīng)遞減規(guī)律的限制,可達性的改善幅度不斷減弱。
[Abstract]:The highway construction is beneficial to shorten the traffic mileage and save the travel time, improve the reachability of the region and strengthen the economic connection between the regions. Taking the Yangtze River Delta region as the research area, based on the highway traffic network data of 1992, 1998, 2004 and 2010, the average traffic mileage of nodes and the average roundabout coefficient of nodes are adopted. The spatial and temporal distance indexes, such as node average travel time and regional mean travel time, are used to measure and compare the traffic reachability and its changes in selected years in the Yangtze River Delta region. The results are as follows: 1) the average traffic mileage of each county and city has been shortened in different degrees, and the average roundabout coefficient of nodes has been reduced in different degrees, but there is a big gap in the improvement range of different counties and cities in different periods. 2004 in 2010, the average traffic mileage of counties and cities improved the most, especially the construction of cross-river and sea-crossing channel made the roundabout degree of counties and cities along the Yangtze River and Hangzhou Bay decreased greatly. 2) with the construction of expressway, the average travel time of each node and the average travel time of each region have been greatly improved, especially in the remote areas, but it is restricted by the law of decreasing marginal effect of traffic construction. The improvement in accessibility has been weakening.
