【摘要】：港珠澳大橋工程開(kāi)創(chuàng)性地引入了環(huán)保顧問(wèn)工作制度,環(huán)保顧問(wèn)通過(guò)環(huán)境保護(hù)措施的制定及落實(shí)情況監(jiān)督、環(huán)境保護(hù)審核、環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)與評(píng)估、環(huán)境保護(hù)技術(shù)的開(kāi)發(fā)及引進(jìn)等,在工程海洋生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)與污染物控制等方面進(jìn)行了有益實(shí)踐,并取得了較好的生態(tài)環(huán)境效果,為建設(shè)項(xiàng)目特別是海洋工程的環(huán)境管理提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge project has pioneered the introduction of the system of environmental protection consultants, who through the formulation and implementation of environmental protection measures supervision, environmental protection audit, environmental monitoring and assessment, the development and introduction of environmental protection technology, etc. It has carried on the beneficial practice in the engineering marine ecological environment protection and the pollutant control, and has obtained the good ecological environment effect, provides the reference for the construction project, especially the marine engineering environment management.
