除雪車(chē)滾刷與振動(dòng)鏟電液控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:冬季積雪結(jié)冰是道路行駛安全的潛在威脅,而且冬季的事故發(fā)生率也特別高,大多數(shù)事故都與道路的積雪結(jié)冰有著直接或間接的關(guān)系。因此,冬季除冰雪是市政、道路以及機(jī)場(chǎng)養(yǎng)護(hù)部門(mén)的重點(diǎn)任務(wù)。 同時(shí)我國(guó)幅員遼闊,降雪范圍大,地形復(fù)雜,除雪又是比較困難的。對(duì)公路與城市道路而言,保證道路的通暢,對(duì)交通安全尤為重要。因此高效、快速的除雪成為必然選擇。我國(guó)目前除雪主要方式是靠機(jī)械除雪,研制經(jīng)濟(jì)、實(shí)用、高效、安全、功能強(qiáng)的道路除雪車(chē)顯得十分迫切。同時(shí)這也是促進(jìn)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的強(qiáng)有力保證。 本文中的除雪車(chē)是在ZL50裝載機(jī)底盤(pán)的基礎(chǔ)上改裝而成的。通過(guò)卸掉裝載機(jī)原有的鏟斗裝置,裝上推雪板、振動(dòng)鏟和滾刷工作裝置,實(shí)現(xiàn)一機(jī)多用,充分的提高了裝載機(jī)的使用率。本文首先設(shè)計(jì)除雪車(chē)的液壓系統(tǒng),并對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)元件進(jìn)行計(jì)算選型,然后利用AMESim軟件對(duì)除雪車(chē)的液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行建模和仿真,最后用PLC和PLCSIM軟件分別對(duì)除雪車(chē)的電控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行編程和仿真,論證了除雪車(chē)液壓系統(tǒng)和電控系統(tǒng)的可行性,保證了除雪車(chē)能安全、穩(wěn)定、有效的工作。
[Abstract]:Snow icing in winter is a potential threat to road driving safety and the incidence of accidents in winter is especially high. Most accidents are directly or indirectly related to road snow icing. Therefore, winter snow and ice removal is a key task for the municipal, road and airport maintenance departments. At the same time, China has a vast territory, large range of snow, complex terrain, snow removal is more difficult. To the highway and the city road, it is very important for the traffic safety to ensure the smooth flow of the road. Therefore, efficient and rapid snow removal has become an inevitable choice. At present, the main way of snow removal in our country is to develop an economical, practical, efficient, safe and powerful road snow removing vehicle. At the same time, this is also a strong guarantee for the rapid development of the country's economy. The snowblower in this paper is modified based on the chassis of ZL50 loader. By removing the original bucket device of the loader, installing the pushing snowboard, vibrating shovel and rolling brush working device, a multi-purpose loader is realized, and the utilization rate of the loader is improved fully. In this paper, the hydraulic system of snow removal vehicle is designed firstly, and the relevant components of the hydraulic system are calculated and selected. Then, the hydraulic system of snow removal vehicle is modeled and simulated by using AMESim software. Finally, the PLC and PLCSIM software are used to program and simulate the electric control system of the snow removing vehicle, and the feasibility of the hydraulic system and the electric control system of the snow remover is demonstrated, which ensures the safe, stable and effective work of the snow remover.
