預(yù)應(yīng)力簡(jiǎn)支T梁C60高強(qiáng)度耐久性混凝土配合比設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:高強(qiáng)度耐久性混凝土是重載鐵路橋梁承載并長(zhǎng)期安全運(yùn)營(yíng)的重要保障,現(xiàn)有規(guī)范通常對(duì)混凝土配合比材料用量限值、耐久性指標(biāo)作出規(guī)定,但在材料品質(zhì)及用量對(duì)耐久性指標(biāo)、強(qiáng)度增長(zhǎng)、和易性影響方面尚無明確規(guī)定。本文對(duì)重載鐵路預(yù)制預(yù)應(yīng)力后張法簡(jiǎn)支T梁C60高強(qiáng)度耐久性混凝土配合比設(shè)計(jì)過程中所遇到的材料品質(zhì)、耐久性、強(qiáng)度增長(zhǎng)等問題進(jìn)行分析,通過對(duì)工點(diǎn)周邊現(xiàn)有一般品質(zhì)材料進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),分析配合比設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系,在規(guī)定限值范圍內(nèi)平衡設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)之間的矛盾,確定最佳設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),解決了混凝土配合比設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)材料品質(zhì)、耐久性、水膠比、強(qiáng)度、和易性不易兼顧的技術(shù)難題。
[Abstract]:High strength and durability concrete is an important guarantee for carrying capacity and long-term safe operation of heavy-duty railway bridges. The existing codes usually stipulate the limit value of concrete mix material amount and durability index, but in material quality and quantity, the durability index is determined. Strength growth, and ease of impact is not clearly defined. In this paper, the problems of material quality, durability and strength growth encountered in the design of C60 high strength and durability concrete mixture of Zhang Fa simply supported T beam after prestressing of heavy haul railway are analyzed. Through the test of the existing general quality materials around the work point, the relationship between the design parameters of the mix ratio is analyzed, and the contradiction between the design parameters is balanced within the prescribed limit, and the optimum design parameters are determined. The technical problems of material quality, durability, water / binder ratio, strength and easiness are solved.
