盾構(gòu)隧道開挖面穩(wěn)定性機(jī)動(dòng)分析

【摘要】:摘要:盾構(gòu)在掘進(jìn)的過程中,必須確保開挖面前方土體的穩(wěn)定。當(dāng)盾構(gòu)機(jī)作用的支護(hù)壓力不足時(shí),開挖面前方的土體會(huì)向盾構(gòu)機(jī)側(cè)移動(dòng),進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致過大的地表凹陷,土體破壞形式為主動(dòng)破壞。本文基于極限分析上限定理,對(duì)盾構(gòu)隧道開挖面的主動(dòng)破壞形式及其支護(hù)壓力進(jìn)行了研究。 1.構(gòu)建了盾構(gòu)隧道開挖面雙對(duì)數(shù)螺旋線主動(dòng)破壞模式。將盾構(gòu)作用在隧道開挖面上的作用力視為均布荷載,基于極限分析上限定理,推導(dǎo)了支護(hù)壓力的上限解,編制Fortran程序求得了支護(hù)壓力的最優(yōu)解,分析了各參數(shù)對(duì)支護(hù)壓力最優(yōu)上限解及優(yōu)化后破壞模式形狀的影響。 2.基于空間離散技術(shù)構(gòu)建的盾構(gòu)隧道開挖面主動(dòng)破壞模式,進(jìn)一步研究土體材料的內(nèi)摩擦角和粘聚力在空間上變化的開挖面穩(wěn)定性問題,通過結(jié)果對(duì)比,證明了離散法的有效性,并討論了粘聚力的各向異性、非均勻性及內(nèi)摩擦角的非均勻性對(duì)支護(hù)壓力最優(yōu)上限解及破壞機(jī)構(gòu)形狀的影響。 3.依托某市的地鐵工程實(shí)例,采用有限差分軟件FLAC3D進(jìn)行分析,并與前文的理論結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,證明了理論方法的正確性。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: in the process of shield tunneling, the stability of soil in front of excavating surface must be ensured. When the supporting pressure of shield machine is insufficient, the soil in front of excavating face moves to the side of shield machine, which leads to excessive surface depression, and the failure of soil is in the form of active destruction. Based on the upper limit theorem of limit analysis, the active failure form and supporting pressure of excavation face of shield tunnel are studied in this paper. 1. The active failure mode of double logarithmic spiral line of shield tunnel was constructed. Based on the upper limit theorem of limit analysis, the upper limit solution of support pressure is deduced, and the optimal solution of support pressure is obtained by programming Fortran program. The influence of various parameters on the optimal upper limit solution of support pressure and the shape of failure mode after optimization is analyzed. 2. Based on the active failure mode of shield tunnel excavation surface based on spatial discretization technology, the stability of excavated surface with spatial variation of internal friction angle and cohesive force of soil material is further studied, and the effectiveness of discrete method is proved by comparing the results. The effects of anisotropy, inhomogeneity of cohesive force and non-uniformity of internal friction angle on the optimal upper bound solution of support pressure and the shape of failure mechanism are discussed. 3. Based on an example of subway engineering in a certain city, the finite difference software FLAC3D is used to analyze and compare with the previous theoretical results, which proves the correctness of the theoretical method.
