攤鋪機裝配線平衡方法研究及車間布局規(guī)劃

【摘要】:隨著市場競爭的加劇,傳統(tǒng)的攤鋪機裝配生產方式,已經不能滿足市場需求。本文在對某公司輪式攤鋪機總裝線進行調研分析的前提下,,指出該公司目前攤鋪機裝配所存在的主要問題,并提出采用流水線進行攤鋪機裝配。為了提高攤鋪機的裝配生產效率,本文主要從裝配線的平衡問題和新車間的布局規(guī)劃兩個方面進行研究。 首先,本文結合輪式攤鋪機的結構特點及工藝流程對其裝配線進行了初步規(guī)劃。在對攤鋪機裝配線平衡問題進行分析研究的基礎上,采用線性規(guī)劃法、分支定界法、啟發(fā)式算法和遺傳算法對攤鋪機新裝配線的平衡問題進行研究,得出四種裝配線平衡方案。其次,運用eM-Plant仿真軟件對這四種裝配方案進行建模仿真。通過對四種方案的平衡指標和仿真數(shù)據(jù)進行對比分析,得出遺傳算法是進行攤鋪機裝配線平衡優(yōu)化的首選算法。并通過一個經典實例進行測試,在一定程度上驗證了遺傳算法求解裝配線平衡問題的有效性和普遍性。 最后,根據(jù)攤鋪機裝配車間的形狀、大小和工藝流程,對新車間進行布局規(guī)劃,得到了三個車間布局方案,為了選出最優(yōu)的布局方案,分別運用層次分析法和AHP-模糊綜合評價法對三個布局方案進行評價選優(yōu)。 本文研究的攤鋪機裝配流水線不僅可以提高企業(yè)的生產效率,還可以找出解決大型工程機械設備裝配線平衡問題的方法,對以后與攤鋪機裝配線平衡問題類似的研究具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of market competition, the traditional paver assembly mode can not meet the market demand. Based on the investigation and analysis of the assembly line of a certain company's wheeled paver, this paper points out the main problems existing in the assembly of the paver in the company, and proposes to adopt the assembly line to assemble the paver. In order to improve the production efficiency of paver, this paper mainly studies the balance of assembly line and layout planning of new workshop. Firstly, the assembly line of wheeled paver is preliminarily planned according to its structural characteristics and technological process. On the basis of analyzing and studying the balance problem of paver assembly line, four kinds of assembly line balance schemes are obtained by using linear programming method, branch and bound method, heuristic algorithm and genetic algorithm to study the balance problem of new assembly line of paver. Secondly, the four assembly schemes are modeled and simulated by eM-Plant simulation software. By comparing and analyzing the balance index and simulation data of the four schemes, it is concluded that genetic algorithm is the first choice algorithm to optimize the balance of paver assembly line. The validity and universality of genetic algorithm in solving assembly line balance problem are verified by a classical example. Finally, according to the shape, size and technological process of the paver assembly workshop, the layout planning of the new workshop is carried out, and three workshop layout schemes are obtained. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate and select the three layout schemes. The paver assembly line studied in this paper can not only improve the production efficiency of enterprises, but also find a way to solve the problem of assembly line balance of large-scale construction machinery and equipment. It has certain reference significance to the future research similar to the paver assembly line balance problem.
