基于PLC和變頻器的港口門座起重機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:門座起重機(jī)是港口主要的裝卸設(shè)備之一。隨著工業(yè)生產(chǎn)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,物資交流的頻繁,門座起重機(jī)的運(yùn)貨量越來越大,結(jié)構(gòu)越來越大型化、復(fù)雜化。使得港口對(duì)門座起重機(jī)的控制準(zhǔn)確度和安全性提出了更高的要求,對(duì)作業(yè)過程中門座起重機(jī)的反應(yīng)速度、平穩(wěn)性以及可靠性的要求也大大提高。 PLC集合自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、通訊技術(shù)等多種技術(shù)發(fā)展而來,具有體積小、功能豐富強(qiáng)大、可靠性高、可適應(yīng)惡劣工作環(huán)境等優(yōu)點(diǎn),適用于各種工業(yè)控制場合。使用變頻器進(jìn)行調(diào)速可以使起重機(jī)獲得更廣的調(diào)速范圍,具備良好的低速就位性能,提高電動(dòng)機(jī)的運(yùn)行效率,提高運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性。 為滿足門座起重機(jī)當(dāng)前的作業(yè)要求和港口未來發(fā)展的需求,論文研究通過PLC控制技術(shù)和變頻器控制技術(shù)相結(jié)合的方式設(shè)計(jì)門座起重機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)。首先,研究了門座起重機(jī)起升、變幅、旋轉(zhuǎn)、行走四大機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)及其運(yùn)行原理,討論了門座起重機(jī)的技術(shù)參數(shù)。其次,分析了四大機(jī)構(gòu)的控制要素,討論了主要的控制對(duì)象,分析并提出了門座起重機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的整體設(shè)計(jì)方案。然后,以歐姆龍PLC為核心,結(jié)合變頻器、現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù)等搭建了控制系統(tǒng)的硬件平臺(tái)。最后,在硬件平臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)上,使用軟件CX-Programmer進(jìn)行控制系統(tǒng)程序的設(shè)計(jì),并給出了起升機(jī)構(gòu)和行走機(jī)構(gòu)程序的流程圖及具體的程序分析,并對(duì)如何提高控制系統(tǒng)的可靠性作了研究和分析。但由于實(shí)際項(xiàng)目尚未實(shí)施,因此對(duì)論文的研究未做具體實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Gantry crane is one of the main loading and unloading equipment in port. With the expansion of industrial production and the frequent exchange of goods and materials, the volume of gantry cranes is increasing, and the structure is becoming larger and more complicated. The control accuracy and safety of portal crane are higher than those of port, and the response speed, stability and reliability of portal crane are greatly improved. PLC has been developed from many technologies, such as automatic control technology, computer technology, communication technology and so on. It has the advantages of small volume, rich function, high reliability, and can adapt to bad working environment, etc. It is suitable for various industrial control situations. Using frequency converter to adjust speed can make the crane obtain wider speed range, have good low speed position performance, improve the running efficiency of motor, and improve the stability and reliability of operation. In order to meet the requirements of the gantry crane and the future development of the port, the paper studies the design of the gantry crane control system through the combination of PLC control technology and inverter control technology. Firstly, the structure and operation principle of hoisting, changing amplitude, rotating and walking mechanism of gantry crane are studied, and the technical parameters of portal crane are discussed. Secondly, the control elements of the four mechanisms are analyzed, the main control objects are discussed, and the overall design scheme of the gantry crane control system is analyzed and put forward. Then, the hardware platform of the control system is built with OMRON PLC as the core, frequency converter and fieldbus technology. Finally, on the basis of hardware platform, the software CX-Programmer is used to design the control system program, and the flow chart of lifting mechanism and walking mechanism program and the concrete program analysis are given. And how to improve the reliability of the control system is studied and analyzed. But because the actual project has not been implemented, the research on the paper has not been realized.
