碳纖維絞線在活性粉末混凝土中錨固性能的試驗研究

【摘要】:為研發(fā)適用于錨固碳纖維增強復合材料(CFRP)絞線的粘結(jié)式錨具,通過靜載試驗研究了CFRP絞線在超高性能活性粉末混凝土(RPC)中的粘結(jié)錨固性能,并基于試驗結(jié)果提出了CFRP絞線在RPC中的合理錨固方式,建立了不同錨固體系的界面平均黏結(jié)強度和CFRP絞線臨界錨固長度計算公式。結(jié)果表明:CFRP絞線在錨固段內(nèi)的錨固布置方式對其錨固性能影響顯著,將絞線在錨固段內(nèi)打散后再進行單絲分散錨固可有效提高絞線的錨固效率;CFRP絞線中周圍絲的扭曲形態(tài)有利于其與RPC的粘結(jié)錨固,但會使其抗拉強度有所降低;對于抗拉強度為2 470 MPa的CFRP絞線,其在抗壓強度128.8 MPa的RPC中的臨界錨固長度分別為120(中間單絲)、114(周圍單絲)、106(分散錨固的絞線)、231mm(整束錨固的絞線);RPC中摻入體積不超過2%的鋼纖維對CFRP絞線與RPC間粘結(jié)性能無明顯影響。
[Abstract]:In order to develop a kind of bonded anchor for anchoring carbon fiber reinforced composite (CFRP) strands, the bonding and anchoring properties of CFRP strands in ultra-high performance reactive powder concrete (RPC) were studied by static load test. Based on the experimental results, a reasonable anchoring method of CFRP strands in RPC is proposed, and the formulas for calculating the average interfacial bonding strength of different Anchorage systems and the critical Anchorage length of CFRP strands are established. The results show that the anchoring arrangement of CFRP strands in the Anchorage section has a significant effect on the anchoring performance, and the Anchorage efficiency can be effectively improved by dispersing the strands in the Anchorage section and then carrying on the monofilament dispersed Anchorage. The twisted shape of the wire around the CFRP strand is favorable to the bonding and anchoring of RPC, but the tensile strength will be decreased. For CFRP strands with tensile strength of 2 470 MPa, the critical anchoring lengths in RPC with compressive strength of 128.8 MPa are 120 (intermediate monofilament), 114 (peripheral monofilament), 106 (dispersed anchored strands) and 231mm (bundle anchored strands); The addition of less than 2% steel fiber into RPC has no obvious effect on the bond between CFRP strand and RPC.
