航運(yùn)下行期的航線配船和航次設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為在航運(yùn)低迷期使航運(yùn)企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)收益最大化,根據(jù)航運(yùn)下行期運(yùn)力過剩的現(xiàn)狀,在現(xiàn)有航線配船模型的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合現(xiàn)階段航運(yùn)下行期的特點(diǎn),建立混合整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型.首先對集裝箱班輪在多條航線上的班輪數(shù)量和航次設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)建整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型,將航線配船問題的可行解用染色體形式表示,對航線配船和航次設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,然后通過MATLAB編程的遺傳算法得到該問題的滿意解.以某班輪公司為例,對模型和遺傳算法的有效性進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證.結(jié)果表明,該方法對于班輪公司根據(jù)航運(yùn)下行期的特點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)合理的航線配船方案具有重要的參考意義.
[Abstract]:In order to maximize the profit of shipping enterprises during the period of shipping downturn, according to the current situation of excess capacity in the downlink period, a mixed integer programming model is established on the basis of the existing shipping route assignment model and the characteristics of the current shipping downlink period. Firstly, the integer programming model is constructed for the number and voyage design of container liner on multiple routes, and the feasible solution of route assignment problem is expressed in the form of chromosome, and the route assignment and voyage design are optimized. Then the satisfactory solution of the problem is obtained by genetic algorithm (GA) programmed by MATLAB. Taking a liner company as an example, the validity of the model and genetic algorithm is verified. The results show that this method has important reference significance for the liner company to design a reasonable route assignment scheme according to the characteristics of the shipping downlink period.
