彎坡連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋收縮徐變影響機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:彎坡連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋結(jié)構(gòu)形式變化靈活,能夠很好的適應(yīng)復(fù)雜地形,因此在高原山區(qū)得以廣泛應(yīng)用。但是,由于其復(fù)雜的結(jié)構(gòu)形式和彎扭耦合作用等不利因素的影響,也出現(xiàn)了越來越多的問題,例如:主梁裂縫數(shù)量比同跨徑的直連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋要多,耐久性低等。為了掌握該類橋型的收縮徐變影響機(jī)理,為此類橋梁的設(shè)計及安全運營提供有價值的參考,利用數(shù)值模擬的方法對該類橋梁的收縮徐變影響機(jī)理進(jìn)行研究。并對彎坡連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的力學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)特性進(jìn)行綜合分析,同時研究收縮徐變對其的影響,,總結(jié)彎坡連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋收縮和徐變理論。 詳細(xì)對混凝土收縮徐變的特點、原因機(jī)理以及對其影響因素進(jìn)行闡述,總結(jié)分析了各種計算方法的適用范圍。以云南某大橋為依托工程研究,采用有限元分析程序?qū)Σ煌拾霃胶涂v坡的橋梁建模分析,研究收縮徐變在不同的曲率半徑和縱坡下的橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力和變形的影響,得出隨著曲率半徑和縱坡變化時,彎坡連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力和變形的變化規(guī)律。 通過對彈性模量、加荷齡期和相對環(huán)境濕度的變化,考慮不同的混凝土抗壓強度、加荷齡期以及相對環(huán)境濕度對彎坡連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的內(nèi)力和變形的影響,來研究大跨彎坡連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋收縮徐變的影響機(jī)理,得出這些影響因子對彎坡連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的影響規(guī)律。比較分析不同的收縮徐變預(yù)測模型的計算分析結(jié)果,得出各自影響的程度大小。 基于以上研究分析結(jié)果,從橋梁設(shè)計、施工和運營養(yǎng)護(hù)三方面提出了一些減少收縮徐變對彎坡連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋影響效應(yīng)的對策。對研究結(jié)果的總結(jié)和歸納,并提出了一些建議和展望。
[Abstract]:Curved slope continuous rigid frame bridge structure is flexible, can adapt to complex terrain, so it can be widely used in plateau mountain area. However, due to the influence of the complex structure and the coupling of bending and torsion, there are more and more problems, such as the number of cracks in the main beam is more than that of the straight continuous rigid frame bridge with the same span, and the durability is low. In order to understand the influence mechanism of shrinkage and creep of this kind of bridge and to provide valuable reference for the design and safe operation of this kind of bridge, the influence mechanism of shrinkage and creep of this kind of bridge is studied by means of numerical simulation. The mechanical structure characteristics of continuous rigid frame bridge with curved slope are analyzed and the influence of shrinkage and creep on it is studied. The theory of shrinkage and creep of continuous rigid frame bridge with curved slope is summarized. The characteristics, cause mechanism and influencing factors of concrete shrinkage and creep are described in detail, and the applicable range of various calculation methods is summarized and analyzed. Based on the engineering research of a bridge in Yunnan Province, the influence of shrinkage and creep on the internal force and deformation of bridge structure under different curvature radius and longitudinal slope is studied by using finite element analysis program to model the bridge with different curvature radius and longitudinal slope. With the change of curvature radius and longitudinal slope, the variation of internal force and deformation of curved slope continuous rigid frame bridge is obtained. Through the changes of elastic modulus, loading age and relative environmental humidity, the effects of different compressive strength, loading age and relative environmental humidity on the internal force and deformation of continuous rigid frame bridge with curved slope are considered. To study the influence mechanism of shrinkage and creep of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge with curved slope, and obtain the influence law of these factors on continuous rigid frame bridge with curved slope. The calculated results of different models of shrinkage and creep prediction are compared and analyzed, and the degree of influence is obtained. Based on the above results, some countermeasures to reduce the effect of shrinkage and creep on continuous rigid frame bridge with curved slope are put forward from the aspects of bridge design, construction and operation maintenance. The research results are summarized, and some suggestions and prospects are put forward.
