火災(zāi)下PC箱梁的損傷評(píng)估與加固設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:The fifth span of Dadeng Bridge (4 脳 35m prestressed concrete continuous box girder) is damaged by fire, and the fire damage range is the bottom plate, web plate and flange plate of the box girder with about 12m span of abutment. In order to restore the function of the bridge, the damage range and depth of the bridge span structure concrete were tested by ultrasonic testing technique and modal test method. At the same time, the ANSYS finite element software is used to establish the three-dimensional and two-dimensional finite element fire loss analysis models of the bridge span, and the simulation analysis of the bridge span fire loss process is carried out. The results show that the damage range and depth of the finite element simulation identification are in good agreement with the field detection results. On this basis, the reinforcement and repair measures of bottom plate, web plate and flange plate are put forward respectively, such as sticking steel plate and adding prestressed carbon fiber plate. The results of static and dynamic load test show that the static and dynamic performance of the bridge span can be restored and the bearing capacity can meet the design requirements.
