再生混凝土粗骨料在道路中的運(yùn)用研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,我國(guó)公路事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展。然而公路養(yǎng)護(hù)的步伐卻往往跟不上公路的建設(shè)步伐,從而導(dǎo)致各種公路病害的發(fā)生,較多高速公路出現(xiàn)了病害,比如唧泥、斷板以及脫空等,當(dāng)病害較嚴(yán)重的時(shí)候,通常要對(duì)道路進(jìn)行大修。比較常見(jiàn)的方法就是把舊水泥混凝土路面敲碎去除,換用天然骨料來(lái)建新道路。然而這樣不但會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量的廢棄混凝土,而且也會(huì)占用大量的土地,對(duì)環(huán)境的污染也會(huì)日益加重,甚至?xí)拇罅康奶烊毁Y源。因此,如何將廢舊混凝土再生循環(huán)利用,對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)約資源,保護(hù)環(huán)境意義重大。然而,由于我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起步較晚,對(duì)于再生骨料的再生運(yùn)用研究與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比還是比較落后的,還處于起步的研究階段。再生骨料分為再生粗骨料和再生細(xì)骨料,本文將以再生粗骨料為主要的研究對(duì)象。 本文以當(dāng)前各種材料的市場(chǎng)價(jià)格對(duì)再生骨料的經(jīng)濟(jì)及環(huán)境社會(huì)效益進(jìn)行了分析,使用Ansys軟件對(duì)不同砂漿強(qiáng)度等級(jí)配成的天然骨料混凝土或者再生骨料混凝土道路路面在汽車荷載的作用下計(jì)算其最大位移以及路面、路基、土基在汽車荷載的作用下位移的變化情況,主要內(nèi)容如下: (1)通過(guò)查閱國(guó)內(nèi)外再生混凝土在道路中的發(fā)展及運(yùn)用情況,指出了國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)再生骨料研究的差距,初步得出了再生混凝土路面發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題。 (2)通過(guò)比較再生骨料和天然骨料性能差別來(lái)分析再生混凝土骨料的特征及部分基本性能,從而得出了再生骨料的三個(gè)特性。 (3)根據(jù)再生骨料的特性,從再生骨料的界面體積分?jǐn)?shù)、砂漿界面與再生混凝土骨料等微觀結(jié)構(gòu)分析了再生骨料的界面特性。 (4)依據(jù)再生骨料的界面特征,提出了通過(guò)提高再生混凝土所使用的水泥漿強(qiáng)度的方法,使再生混凝土達(dá)到天然骨料混凝土的要求。然后從再生骨料的生產(chǎn)成本、再生混凝土的生產(chǎn)成本以及綜合成本出發(fā)進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境效益分析。 (5)運(yùn)用Ansys軟件來(lái)進(jìn)行建模,通過(guò)汽車在溫克勒地基上的板的瞬態(tài)動(dòng)力下的豎向位移,得出了通過(guò)提高再生混凝土的水泥漿的強(qiáng)度來(lái)達(dá)到天然骨料混凝土的要求是可行的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of economy, our country highway enterprise vigorous development. However, the pace of highway maintenance often fails to keep pace with the pace of highway construction, which leads to the occurrence of various highway diseases. More highway diseases occur, such as mud jammers, broken slabs and voids, etc., when the diseases are more serious, Roads are usually overhauled. The common method is to crush old cement concrete pavement and replace it with natural aggregate to build new road. However, this will not only produce a large number of waste concrete, but also occupy a large number of land, environmental pollution will be increasingly serious, and even consume a large number of natural resources. Therefore, how to recycle waste concrete is of great significance to save resources and protect environment. However, due to the late start of economic development in China, the research on the recycling of recycled aggregate is still relatively backward compared with the developed countries, and is still in the initial stage of research. Recycled aggregate is divided into regenerated coarse aggregate and regenerated fine aggregate. In this paper, the economic and environmental benefits of recycled aggregate are analyzed based on the current market price of various materials. Using Ansys software to calculate the maximum displacement of natural aggregate concrete or recycled aggregate concrete road pavement with different mortar strength grade under the action of automobile load, as well as the road surface and subgrade, The main contents are as follows: (1) through consulting the development and application of recycled concrete in road at home and abroad, the gap of research on recycled aggregate at home and abroad is pointed out. The problems existing in the development of recycled concrete pavement are preliminarily obtained. (2) the characteristics and some basic properties of recycled concrete aggregate are analyzed by comparing the properties of recycled aggregate and natural aggregate, and three characteristics of recycled aggregate are obtained. (3) according to the characteristics of recycled aggregate, the interfacial characteristics of recycled aggregate are analyzed from the microstructure of the interface volume fraction of recycled aggregate, mortar interface and recycled concrete aggregate. (4) according to the interface characteristics of recycled aggregate, the method of improving the strength of cement slurry used in recycled concrete is put forward to make recycled concrete meet the requirement of natural aggregate concrete. Then the economic and environmental benefits are analyzed from the production cost of recycled aggregate, the production cost of recycled concrete and the comprehensive cost. (5) using Ansys software to model the model, through the vertical displacement of the automobile under the transient dynamic force of the slab on the Winkler foundation, it is concluded that it is feasible to meet the requirement of natural aggregate concrete by increasing the strength of the cement slurry of recycled concrete.
