桁式組合拱橋病害機(jī)理分析與研究

【摘要】:近年來,,隨著我國交通事業(yè)的發(fā)展,橋梁已在經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。而混凝土桁式組合拱橋以其受力合理,用料省,自重輕,施工工序少等優(yōu)點(diǎn)在我國迅速發(fā)展起來。但是由于在此類橋梁的設(shè)計(jì)、施工和檢查、檢測方面存在一系列的問題,致使已建成的混凝土桁式組合拱橋出現(xiàn)了很多病害。對于已建成的混凝土桁式組合拱橋進(jìn)行科學(xué)的病害調(diào)查與檢測,對橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)和運(yùn)營現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,具有十分重要的意義。 本文首先調(diào)查國內(nèi)外大量混凝土桁式組合拱橋的現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)歸納出該橋型病害特征。然后以河北某大橋?yàn)楸尘,運(yùn)用Midas Civil2012有限元程序建立模型,通過分析恒載、活載和收縮徐變下桁式組合拱橋與普通桁架拱橋各自的受力特點(diǎn),得出桁式組合拱橋的特點(diǎn)。最后對該大橋的運(yùn)營現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,重點(diǎn)對該橋的外觀、混凝土強(qiáng)度、橋面線形進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)測量,詳細(xì)闡述了各個試驗(yàn)的原理、過程,并對試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,確定該橋的使用現(xiàn)狀。 通過調(diào)查分析發(fā)現(xiàn),桁式組合拱橋的病害主要存在于空、實(shí)腹交接段和雙豎桿附近的下弦桿處。造成這些病害的原因除了有設(shè)計(jì)、施工、后期養(yǎng)護(hù)、超重車輛作用等方面的原因外,該橋型結(jié)構(gòu)方面的缺陷也是不可忽視的原因。通過對河北某大橋的分析與試驗(yàn)檢測,發(fā)現(xiàn)該橋總體運(yùn)營狀況良好,原有的病害情況無大的發(fā)展。并結(jié)合該橋的試驗(yàn)資料,對桁式組合拱橋在使用過程中的加固養(yǎng)護(hù),給出一些有益的建議,供后期的橋梁管理工作使用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of China's transportation industry, bridges have played an increasingly important role in economic construction. The concrete truss arch bridge has developed rapidly in our country with the advantages of reasonable force, less material, light weight and less construction procedure. However, because of a series of problems in the design, construction, inspection and inspection of this kind of bridges, there are many diseases in the concrete truss arch bridge. It is of great significance to investigate and detect the defects of the concrete truss arch bridge, and to analyze the structure and operation status of the bridge. This paper firstly investigates the present situation of a large number of concrete truss arch bridges at home and abroad, and sums up the characteristics of the bridge type diseases. Then based on a bridge in Hebei province, a finite element model is established by using Midas Civil2012 program. The characteristics of truss composite arch bridge are obtained by analyzing the stress characteristics of truss composite arch bridge and common truss arch bridge under dead load, live load and shrinkage and creep. Finally, the operation status of the bridge is studied, with emphasis on the test measurement of the bridge appearance, concrete strength and the line shape of the bridge deck. The principle and process of each test are described in detail, and the test results are analyzed. Determine the current use of the bridge. Through investigation and analysis, it is found that the main diseases of truss arch bridge are at the bottom chord near the hollow, the solid section and the double vertical pole. In addition to the design, construction, later maintenance and overweight vehicle function, the defects of the bridge structure can not be ignored. Through the analysis and test of a bridge in Hebei province, it is found that the overall operation condition of the bridge is good, and the original disease situation has no great development. Based on the experimental data of the bridge, some useful suggestions are given for the bridge management in the later stage.
