模袋注漿樁試驗(yàn)研究及其在軟土路基中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:常規(guī)袖閥管注漿和高壓旋噴注漿是公路軟基病害的常見處治方法。常規(guī)袖閥管注漿注漿范圍難以控制,難以形成連續(xù)樁體;高壓旋噴注漿擠土效應(yīng)過大、漿液流失。針對這些常見處治方法的不足,工程人員提出了模袋注漿技術(shù),該技術(shù)通過設(shè)置模袋和塑料排水板等方式,較好地解決了上述問題。 然而,模袋注漿技術(shù)目前僅有為數(shù)不多的應(yīng)用實(shí)例,關(guān)于其成樁機(jī)理、擠土效應(yīng)、設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法等問題,尚未有系統(tǒng)的研究成果。鑒于其對公路軟基病害處治的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和適用性,對其作進(jìn)一步的深入研究具有較高的工程價(jià)值和社會(huì)意義。 本研究在分析模袋注漿技術(shù)研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,基于二廣高速大旺互通A匝道出口試驗(yàn)工程和臨海高等級公路連云港段二期路面工程,將模袋注漿技術(shù)分別與常規(guī)袖閥管注漿技術(shù)和高壓旋噴注漿技術(shù)做了對比試驗(yàn)。采用試驗(yàn)與理論分析相結(jié)合的方法,對模袋注漿技術(shù)的施工參數(shù)、擠土效應(yīng)、設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了探討,并對汕梅高速和江門—新會(huì)過境公路兩項(xiàng)工程應(yīng)用實(shí)例進(jìn)行了分析,最后對模袋注漿技術(shù)在公路軟基病害處治中的應(yīng)用作出了綜合評價(jià)。 主要的工作有: 開展模袋注漿樁與常規(guī)袖閥管注漿樁的現(xiàn)場對比試驗(yàn),通過對施工期間注漿壓力、孔隙水壓力、周圍土層側(cè)向位移的觀測,和施工后的抽芯、樁頭開挖檢測,比較了兩種工法在施工過程中和施工后對地基土擾動(dòng)的程度與影響范圍及兩者各自的加固效果。 開展模袋注漿樁與高壓旋噴樁的現(xiàn)場對比試驗(yàn),通過對施工期間注漿壓力、孔隙水壓力、周圍土層側(cè)向位移的觀測,比較了兩種工法在施工過程中和施工后對地基土擾動(dòng)的程度與影響范圍及兩者各自的加固效果。 在分析模袋注漿樁成樁機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)上,參考水泥攪拌樁的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法,依據(jù)我國現(xiàn)行的相關(guān)規(guī)范,針對模袋注漿樁的特點(diǎn),,提出了模袋注漿樁單樁沉降、單樁豎向承載力、模袋注漿樁加固路基穩(wěn)定和模袋注漿樁復(fù)合地基沉降等計(jì)算方法。 結(jié)合模袋注漿樁在汕梅高速K32+490通道橋橋頭路段加固工程和省道S364江門、新會(huì)過境公路K2+932橋頭路段加固工程這兩項(xiàng)工程實(shí)例中的應(yīng)用,對模袋注漿樁在公路軟基加固的工程效果進(jìn)行了分析。 研究結(jié)果表明,模袋注漿樁的成樁質(zhì)量較好,擠土效應(yīng)介于常規(guī)袖閥管注漿樁和高壓旋噴樁之間,注漿產(chǎn)生的超靜孔壓消散較快。實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用表明,模袋注漿樁加固既有公路軟基的效果較好。 希望本次研究結(jié)果可為模袋注漿樁在今后相關(guān)工程中的推廣和應(yīng)用提供有價(jià)值的參考。
[Abstract]:Conventional sleeve valve pipe grouting and high pressure rotary grouting are common treatment methods for highway soft foundation diseases. It is difficult to control the grouting range of conventional sleeve valve tube and form continuous pile body. In view of the shortcomings of these common treatment methods, engineers put forward the grouting technology of mould bag, which solved the above problems better by setting mould bag and plastic drainage board. However, at present, there are only a few examples of application of mould bag grouting technology. There are no systematic research results on the mechanism of pile formation, soil squeezing effect, design and calculation method, etc. In view of its advantages and applicability to the treatment of highway soft foundation diseases, it is of high engineering value and social significance to further study it. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of the research on the grouting technology of mould bag, this study is based on the exit test project of A ramp of Erguang Expressway Dawang Interchange and the second phase pavement engineering of Lianyungang section of Linhai high grade highway. A comparative test was made between the bag grouting technology and the conventional sleeve valve grouting technology and the high pressure rotary jet grouting technology. By combining test with theoretical analysis, the construction parameters, soil squeezing effect, design and calculation methods of mould bag grouting technology are discussed. The application examples of Shanmei Expressway and Jiangmen-Xinhui Transit Highway are analyzed. Finally, the application of mould bag grouting technology in the treatment of soft foundation diseases of highway is comprehensively evaluated. The main works are as follows: to carry out the field comparative test between the mold bag grouting pile and the conventional sleeve valve pipe grouting pile, through the observation of grouting pressure, pore water pressure, lateral displacement of surrounding soil layer during construction, and the core pulling after construction, In this paper, the degree and influence range of the disturbance to the foundation soil during and after the construction of the two methods are compared, and the reinforcement effects of the two methods are compared. The field comparative test of the grouting pile with the high pressure rotary grouting pile was carried out, and the grouting pressure, pore water pressure and lateral displacement of the surrounding soil layer were observed during the construction period. The degree of disturbance and the influence range of the two methods on the foundation soil during and after construction are compared and their respective reinforcement effects are compared. On the basis of analyzing the forming mechanism of mould bag grouting pile, referring to the design and calculation method of cement mixing pile, according to the relevant codes of our country, according to the characteristics of mould bag grouting pile, the settlement of single pile and the vertical bearing capacity of single bag grouting pile are put forward. The calculation methods of stability of roadbed and settlement of composite foundation of mould bag grouting pile are presented. Combined with the application of moulded bag grouting pile in the reinforcement project of bridge-head section of Shan-Mei high-speed K32490 channel bridge and the reinforcement project of S364 Jiangmen section of provincial highway and K2932 bridgehead section of Xinhui transit highway, the application of the pile is discussed. In this paper, the effect of grouting pile in soft foundation of highway is analyzed. The results show that the pile quality is good, the compaction effect is between the conventional sleeve valve grouting pile and the high pressure rotary grouting pile, and the super-static pore pressure caused by the grouting dissipates faster. The practical engineering application shows that the grouting pile with mold bag is effective in strengthening the soft foundation of existing highway. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide a valuable reference for the popularization and application of mould bag grouting pile in related projects in the future.
