鋼板梁高強度螺栓連接部受力影響因素分析

【摘要】:在現(xiàn)代化交通運輸業(yè)大發(fā)展的背景下,我國橋梁建設取得了舉世矚目的發(fā)展成就,橋梁設計建造水平得到巨大提升。國際間的交流與合作不斷增強,尤其是與周邊國家之間。二十一世紀,,在世界各地,橋梁等公路基礎工程的建設投入仍將持續(xù)增加,新一輪跨江跨海橋梁建設高潮也正在展開,橋梁也將向著跨越能力更大,更經(jīng)濟合理,更美觀的趨勢發(fā)展。相較于水泥混凝土,鋼材良好的結構性能使得鋼橋更具有優(yōu)勢。高強度螺栓連接是鋼結構連接的主要形式之一,其節(jié)點連接設計對結構安全起著重要的作用,且直接影響結構的安裝和造價。 日韓一直代表著亞洲橋梁建設中的較高水平,鋼橋的發(fā)展也較早,為了促進我國橋梁事業(yè)與國際接軌,在本文中對中國和韓國兩國的高強度螺栓的類型和材料特性進行介紹,并對中國《鋼結構設計規(guī)范》(GB50017-2003)和韓國《道路橋設計基準》(2012)中有關高強度螺栓連接承載力計算的相關規(guī)定進行介紹和對比。列出了中韓兩國常用橋梁用鋼材并對材料特性進行介紹。 對于高強度螺栓連接性能的分析,建立實體有限元模型進行研究,往往局限于對結構節(jié)點的模擬,難以應用到整體結構之中。本文使用ABAQUS有限元軟件建立鋼板梁高強度螺栓連接部的有限元模型,對實際結構中的高強度螺栓連接部進行模擬。分別改變不同位置連接板厚度、鋼材強度等級、高強度螺栓等級和螺栓施加的預拉力,分析這些參數(shù)對結構受力的影響。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the great development of modern transportation and transportation, the bridge construction in our country has made remarkable achievements, and the level of bridge design and construction has been greatly improved. International exchanges and cooperation are increasing, especially with neighboring countries. In the 21 century, the investment in the construction of bridges and other highway infrastructure projects will continue to increase throughout the world, and a new wave of cross-river bridge construction is also under way, and the bridges will also be more economical and reasonable in terms of their crossing capacity. A more beautiful trend. Compared with cement concrete, steel bridge has more advantages because of its good structural performance. High strength bolt connection is one of the main forms of steel structure connection. The design of joint connection plays an important role in structural safety and directly affects the installation and cost of the structure. Japan and South Korea have always represented the higher level of bridge construction in Asia, and the development of steel bridges has been relatively early. In order to promote the bridge industry in China and the world, the types and material properties of high strength bolts in China and Korea are introduced in this paper. This paper also introduces and compares the relevant provisions concerning the bearing capacity calculation of high strength bolt connections in China's Code for Design of Steel structures (GB50017-2003) and Korea's Standard for Design of roads and Bridges (2012). The commonly used steel for bridges between China and South Korea is listed and the characteristics of materials are introduced. For the analysis of the performance of high strength bolt connection, the research of establishing solid finite element model is often limited to the simulation of structural joints, and it is difficult to be applied to the whole structure. In this paper, the finite element model of high strength bolt connection of steel plate beam is established by using ABAQUS finite element software, and the high strength bolt connection in practical structure is simulated. The influence of these parameters on the stress of the structure was analyzed by changing the thickness of the connecting plate in different positions, the strength grade of steel, the grade of high strength bolt and the pretensile force imposed by the bolt.
