頂推法橋梁施工中貝雷片導(dǎo)梁的受力分析及穩(wěn)定性分析

【摘要】:貝雷片作為一種快速組裝的結(jié)構(gòu)組件,最先在戰(zhàn)爭時期發(fā)明,用于便橋的快速架設(shè)與修復(fù),,具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、運輸方便、架設(shè)快捷、載重量大、互換性好、適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)的特點,隨后廣泛應(yīng)用于國防、戰(zhàn)備、交通工程、市政水利等工程實踐。某連續(xù)橋梁需跨越既有線路,為了保證線路的正常運營,方便主梁梁體施工,增加跨越能力,特采用主梁旁位現(xiàn)澆、頂推法施工方案,需要設(shè)置前后導(dǎo)梁。設(shè)計時考慮到施工現(xiàn)場的實際情況,由貝雷片拼裝導(dǎo)梁,這與貝雷片以往的實踐應(yīng)用不同。以往貝雷片多應(yīng)用于承重結(jié)構(gòu)、架橋機(jī)、支架或便橋結(jié)構(gòu)。如果將貝雷片制作成橋梁頂推法施工中的鋼導(dǎo)梁,其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與計算將具有很大的特殊性。 本文通過Midas/Civil有限元分析軟件建立結(jié)構(gòu)計算模型,探討了由貝雷片拼裝導(dǎo)梁結(jié)構(gòu)的建模過程中的一些問題,合理地模擬了導(dǎo)梁與主梁安裝連接、導(dǎo)梁內(nèi)部各構(gòu)件連接以及導(dǎo)梁支撐與約束條件,分析了導(dǎo)梁在頂推過程中可能遇到的各種荷載工況,較準(zhǔn)確、直觀地得到導(dǎo)梁結(jié)構(gòu)中貝雷片各桿件的內(nèi)力、應(yīng)力及結(jié)構(gòu)的受力特點。通過對施工全過程的仿真分析,找出導(dǎo)梁結(jié)構(gòu)的受力規(guī)律及特點,提出合理的設(shè)計與改進(jìn)建議。同時,對頂推法施工中可能存在的荷載及其它工況,分析其對貝雷片導(dǎo)梁穩(wěn)定性的影響,利用Midas/Civil有限元分析軟件的屈曲分析模塊可以對導(dǎo)梁結(jié)構(gòu)中各個因素的屈曲荷載特征值及屈曲失穩(wěn)的模態(tài)形式做出分析與計算,提高貝雷片導(dǎo)梁的可靠度,為施工實踐提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。 分析表明,自重荷載對導(dǎo)梁的受力及變形起控制作用,而主梁自重比貝雷片導(dǎo)梁大很多,所以,當(dāng)主梁懸臂較大、端部有較大下?lián)虾娃D(zhuǎn)角變形時,導(dǎo)梁端部構(gòu)件內(nèi)就存在較大的內(nèi)力及應(yīng)力。隨著橋跨比的增大自重荷載所起的控制作用越發(fā)明顯。同時,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)導(dǎo)梁兩肢的共同受力、協(xié)調(diào)變形非常關(guān)鍵,即要保證導(dǎo)梁兩肢有足夠的橫向連接強(qiáng)度和剛度。 目前關(guān)于頂推法中貝雷片導(dǎo)梁的相關(guān)理論和研究還比較欠缺,本文對貝雷片導(dǎo)梁受力特點和穩(wěn)定性的分析,將填補(bǔ)國內(nèi)外對貝雷片導(dǎo)梁相關(guān)研究的空白,對設(shè)計和施工實踐提供有益的科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As a kind of fast assembling structural component, the Bayley sheet was first invented in the war period. It is used in the rapid erection and repair of the bridge. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient transportation, quick erection, large load, good interchangeability and strong adaptability. Then widely used in national defense, combat readiness, traffic engineering, municipal water conservancy and other engineering practices. In order to ensure the normal operation of the line, facilitate the construction of the main girder beam and increase the span capacity, a continuous bridge needs to cross the existing line. Considering the actual situation of the construction site, the guide beam is assembled from the Bailey sheet, which is different from the previous application of the Bailey sheet. In the past, Bailey sheets were used in load-bearing structure, bridge erector, support or stool bridge structure. If the plate is made into the steel guide beam in the construction of the bridge jacking method, its structure design and calculation will have great particularity. In this paper, Midas/Civil finite element analysis software is used to establish the structural calculation model, and some problems in the modeling process of the guide beam structure assembled by the Bailey sheet are discussed, and the connection between the guide beam and the main beam is simulated reasonably. The connection of each member inside the guide beam as well as the support and constraint conditions of the guide beam are analyzed, and the various load conditions that the guide beam may encounter in the process of pushing are analyzed. The internal forces of the Berei plate members in the guide beam structure are obtained more accurately and intuitively. Stress and structural stress characteristics. Through the simulation analysis of the whole construction process, the force law and characteristics of the guide beam structure are found out, and the reasonable design and improvement suggestions are put forward. At the same time, the influence of the load and other working conditions on the stability of Belle plate guide beam is analyzed. The buckling analysis module of Midas/Civil finite element analysis software can be used to analyze and calculate the buckling load eigenvalues and modal forms of buckling instability of every factor in the guide beam structure, and to improve the reliability of the guide beam. To provide scientific basis for construction practice. The analysis shows that the self-weight load controls the force and deformation of the guide beam, and the weight of the main beam is much larger than that of the Belle beam. Therefore, when the cantilever of the main beam is larger, the end of the beam has a larger deflection and angular deformation. There is a large internal force and stress in the end member of the guide beam. With the increase of bridge span ratio, the control effect of deadweight load becomes more and more obvious. At the same time, it is found that the joint force and coordinated deformation of the two legs of the guide beam are very important, that is, to ensure the sufficient transverse connection strength and stiffness of the two legs of the guide beam. At present, the related theory and research on the plate guide beam in the pushing method are still relatively lacking. The analysis of the mechanical characteristics and stability of the plate guide beam in this paper will fill in the blank of the research on the guide beam of the plate at home and abroad. It provides beneficial scientific basis for design and construction practice.
