南通市東快速路高架橋工程關(guān)鍵施工技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著城市建設(shè)的發(fā)展,高架橋?qū)煌ǖ氖鑼?yōu)勢越來越明顯,各大城市都在新建高架橋梁,高架橋梁施工過程中遇到的問題也越來越多。本文主要針對江蘇省南通市東快速路高架橋工程建設(shè)過程中的線型測量控制、深孔灌注樁施工、混凝土(承臺、墩柱、箱梁)澆筑質(zhì)量控制和預應(yīng)力鋼絞線施工中的關(guān)鍵性問題進行研究探討,提出解決方法和措施。線形測量控制方面,主要研究樁基放樣方法及計算、承臺、墩柱的放樣方法,為避免偏壓而進行的支座放樣控制及上部箱梁施工放樣控制中曲線段的放樣。深孔樁施工,由于樁基所處100米范圍內(nèi)地層多為粉細砂層,屬于不良工程地質(zhì)情況,所以要研究各層的地質(zhì)情況,并據(jù)此選擇成孔鉆機,還要注意泥漿的控制及導管的選擇,確保施工質(zhì)量。在高架橋混凝土的澆筑方面,分別對高架橋下部結(jié)構(gòu)、箱梁等研究了澆注時的質(zhì)量控制問題及箱梁支架模板方案,尤其是對箱梁滿堂支架和門洞式支架進行了詳細設(shè)計和計算。針對現(xiàn)澆箱梁的預應(yīng)力施工,從預應(yīng)力孔道的成型、鋼絞線穿束、鋼絞線張拉伸長值的計算、張拉、孔道壓漿等各個環(huán)節(jié),分別總結(jié)出關(guān)鍵性技術(shù)和質(zhì)量控制點,能夠避免施工安全事故的發(fā)生。論文研究成果可為同類工程施工提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of urban construction, viaduct has more and more advantages to traffic, and many cities are building viaduct, and more problems are encountered in the process of viaduct construction. This paper mainly aims at the line measurement control in the construction process of East Expressway Viaduct in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, the construction of deep hole cast-in-place pile, concrete (cap, pier column), The key problems in the construction of prestressed steel strands and quality control of box girders are studied and discussed, and the solving methods and measures are put forward. In the aspect of linear measurement and control, this paper mainly studies the lofting method and calculation of pile foundation, the lofting method of pile cap and pier column, the setting out control of support in order to avoid bias pressure and the lofting of curve section in construction lofting control of upper box girder. In the construction of deep hole piles, most of the strata within 100 meters of the pile foundation are silty sand layers, which are not good engineering geological conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to study the geological conditions of each layer, and select drilling rigs accordingly, and pay attention to the control of mud and the selection of ducts. Ensure construction quality. In the aspect of concrete pouring of viaduct, the quality control of the substructure and box girder of the viaduct and the formwork scheme of the box girder support are studied respectively, especially the design and calculation of the box girder full hall support and the portal support are carried out in detail. According to the prestress construction of cast-in-place box girder, the key technologies and quality control points are summed up from the forming of prestressed holes, the calculation of strands, the calculation of tensioning elongation of steel strands, the drawing of tensioning, the grouting of holes, etc. Can avoid construction safety accidents. The research results of this paper can provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
