基于長(zhǎng)期應(yīng)變監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的橋梁損傷預(yù)警方法研究

【摘要】:橋梁在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中有著舉足輕重的地位,尤其是大跨度橋梁的安全運(yùn)營(yíng)是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要保障。一旦發(fā)生事故將造成嚴(yán)重的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,與惡劣的社會(huì)影響。為了隨時(shí)掌握橋梁的運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)橋梁損傷,對(duì)已建橋梁進(jìn)行健康監(jiān)測(cè)、損傷預(yù)警非常必要。事實(shí)上,大跨度橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)基于健康監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的預(yù)警與評(píng)估已經(jīng)是國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界和工程界的熱點(diǎn)研究領(lǐng)域。如何有效地處理、分析橋梁健康監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)采集的長(zhǎng)期海量監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),并且在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)損傷預(yù)警,開(kāi)展橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)安全狀態(tài)評(píng)估是橋梁健康監(jiān)測(cè)所面臨的主要問(wèn)題之一。為解決上述問(wèn)題,本文進(jìn)行了以下方面的研究:1、通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的橋梁損傷預(yù)警方法進(jìn)行總結(jié)發(fā)現(xiàn):現(xiàn)有橋梁損傷警方法針對(duì)一些結(jié)構(gòu)形式簡(jiǎn)單的橋梁,損傷識(shí)別效果較好。對(duì)于大型復(fù)雜橋梁的損傷預(yù)警方法還待進(jìn)一步提高。2、為了基于橋梁健康監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)中準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)信號(hào)進(jìn)行橋梁損傷預(yù)警,提出了移動(dòng)主成分相關(guān)系數(shù)分析法(MPCCA)。并運(yùn)用MATLAB軟件編程實(shí)現(xiàn)了該方法,該方法不依賴于結(jié)構(gòu)模型,不需要預(yù)先得到橋梁的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),具有很好的適用性。3、以國(guó)內(nèi)某座大型三跨連續(xù)箱梁橋?yàn)槔M(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,考慮車輛荷載和溫度的耦合作用,利用不同方法對(duì)這個(gè)模型的多個(gè)工況進(jìn)行了損傷預(yù)警。結(jié)果表明:本文提出的方法與移動(dòng)主成分分析法(MPCA)、移動(dòng)相關(guān)系數(shù)法(MCA)相比,在識(shí)別精度和識(shí)別效率上都有明顯提高,且MPCCA法的損傷定位能力突出。4、針對(duì)長(zhǎng)期在線監(jiān)測(cè)獲得的連續(xù)信號(hào),提出信號(hào)預(yù)處理的方法。并對(duì)某實(shí)際橋梁的健康監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)得到的實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了預(yù)處理,并進(jìn)行損傷預(yù)警,證明了方法的實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:Bridges play an important role in the national economy, especially the safe operation of long-span bridges is an important guarantee for economic development. In the event of an accident will cause serious economic losses, with adverse social impact. In order to grasp the operation condition of the bridge at any time and find the bridge damage in time, it is necessary to monitor the health of the existing bridge and to warn the damage. In fact, the early warning and assessment of long-span bridge structures based on health monitoring system has become a hot research field in the academic and engineering circles at home and abroad. How to effectively deal with and analyze the long-term massive monitoring data collected by the bridge health monitoring system, and on the basis of which the bridge structure damage warning is carried out. Bridge safety assessment is one of the main problems in bridge health monitoring. In order to solve the above problems, this paper has carried on the following research: 1, through the summary of the existing bridge damage warning methods at home and abroad: the existing bridge damage police method for some simple structural forms of bridges, The effect of damage identification is better. The damage warning method of large and complex bridges needs to be further improved. 2. In order to carry out bridge damage early warning based on quasi-static signals in bridge health monitoring system, a moving principal component correlation coefficient analysis method (MPCCA).) is proposed. This method is not dependent on the structural model and does not need to get the structural parameters of the bridge in advance. 3. Taking a large three-span continuous box girder bridge as an example, the method is numerically simulated. Considering the coupling effect of vehicle load and temperature, the damage warning of the model is carried out by using different methods. The results show that compared with the moving principal component analysis (MPCA),) moving correlation coefficient method (MCA), the method proposed in this paper has significant improvement in recognition accuracy and efficiency, and the damage location ability of the MPCCA method is obvious. 4. A method of signal preprocessing is proposed for continuous signals obtained by long-term online monitoring. The actual data obtained from the health monitoring system of a practical bridge are pretreated and the damage warning is carried out, which proves the practicability of the method.
