哈國發(fā)展新亞歐大陸橋?qū)Σ哐芯?/H1>

【摘要】:摘要:近年來,隨著國際貿(mào)易特別是亞歐各國之間貿(mào)易往來的不斷升溫,國際間運輸需求規(guī)模不斷加大,擔(dān)負亞歐各國之間陸路運輸主要角色的新亞歐大陸橋也獲得了長足的發(fā)展,運輸能力不斷提升,運輸成本持續(xù)下降,運營范圍不斷擴大,全程物流收入持續(xù)攀升,運輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、規(guī)模化大大增強,為“絲綢之路”經(jīng)濟帶的形成和亞歐各國特別是新亞歐大陸橋沿線國家的經(jīng)濟與國際運輸發(fā)展發(fā)揮了積極有效的推動作用。哈薩克斯坦作為新亞歐大陸橋中的主要國家,在其發(fā)展過程中也存在諸如西伯利亞大陸橋帶來的競爭壓力、通關(guān)政策方面的障礙、包括換裝能力在內(nèi)的自身運能釋放受限,自然環(huán)境限制、信息流和物流操作不暢等諸多影響其發(fā)展的因素。因此,研究新亞歐大陸橋發(fā)展問題,對于提高新亞歐大陸橋運營效率、提高哈國產(chǎn)品市場競爭力具有重要意義。 本文在導(dǎo)師的指導(dǎo)下,結(jié)合本人哈薩克斯坦國籍留學(xué)生的背景,針對哈薩克斯坦發(fā)展新亞歐大陸橋的對策進行了深入的研究和探索,主要研究成果有如下: (1)通過對新亞歐大陸橋沿線各國基本情況的分析,梳理出新亞歐大陸橋發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的主要問題; (2)在哈國與亞歐大陸橋相關(guān)國家外交關(guān)系分析的基礎(chǔ)上,預(yù)測了哈國與亞歐國際貿(mào)易需求,分析了哈國對新亞歐大陸橋的需求特點及面臨的主要問題; (3)從哈國角度分析了其對中國、歐洲和俄羅斯的交易商品品類,預(yù)測了交易量,梳理出了哈國對外主要商貿(mào)關(guān)系; (4)從哈薩克斯坦同亞歐各國國際貿(mào)易方面的現(xiàn)狀以及新亞歐大陸橋發(fā)展過程中面臨的主要問題等方面提出了哈國在發(fā)展新亞歐大陸橋方面的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Abstract: in recent years, with the increasing of international trade, especially between Asian and European countries, the scale of international transportation demand is increasing. The New Asia-Europe Continental Bridge, which plays a major role in land transport between Asian and European countries, has also achieved considerable development. The transport capacity has been continuously improved, transport costs have continued to decline, the scope of operation has been continuously expanded, the overall logistics revenue has continued to climb, and transportation networks have been maintained. The development of the "Silk Road" economic belt and the economic and international transport development of the Asian and European countries, especially the countries along the New Asia-Europe Continental Bridge, have been greatly enhanced and played an active and effective role in promoting the formation of the "Silk Road" economic belt and the economic and international transport development of the countries along the New Asia-Europe Continental Bridge. Kazakhstan, as a major country in the New Asia-Europe Continental Bridge, also has in its development the competitive pressure brought by the Siberian Continental Bridge, obstacles in customs clearance policy, and restrictions on the release of its own transport capacity, including its capacity to change. The natural environment limits, the information flow and the logistics operation not smooth and so on many influence its development factor. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the development of the new Eurasian Continental Bridge for improving the operational efficiency of the New Eurasian Continental Bridge and enhancing the market competitiveness of Kazakhstan's products. This paper, under the guidance of my tutor, combined with the background of my Kazakh students studying abroad, made a deep research and exploration on the countermeasures for the development of the new Eurasian Continental Bridge in Kazakhstan. The main research results are as follows: (1) through the analysis of the basic conditions of the countries along the New Eurasian Continental Bridge, the present situation and main problems of the development of the New Eurasian Continental Bridge are sorted out; (2) on the basis of the analysis of the diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and the countries related to the Eurasian Continental Bridge, the demand for international trade between Kazakhstan and Asia and Europe is forecasted, and the characteristics of the demand for the New Asia-Europe Continental Bridge and its main problems are analyzed. (3) it analyzes the commodity category of its trade to China, Europe and Russia from the perspective of Kazakhstan, forecasts the trading volume, and combs out the main foreign trade relations of Kazakhstan; (4) from the aspects of the current situation of international trade between Kazakhstan and the countries of Asia and Europe and the main problems in the development of the New Asia-Europe Continental Bridge, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the New Asia-Europe Continental Bridge.
