水發(fā)泡溫拌再生瀝青混合料體積性能研究

【摘要】:將水發(fā)泡溫拌瀝青技術(shù)用于廢舊瀝青混合料再生技術(shù),因攪拌溫度低于熱再生,可以有效地降低對(duì)廢舊瀝青混合料的老化影響,從而增加舊料的再生比例;另一方面,水發(fā)泡溫拌再生混合料因添加舊瀝青混合料后,比一般溫拌混合料具有更好的抗車轍能力。因此,該技術(shù)充分體現(xiàn)了廢物利用、節(jié)能減排、綠色環(huán)保等優(yōu)勢(shì),具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。以密級(jí)配瀝青再生混合料AC-20為例,采用馬歇爾試驗(yàn)方法,研究水發(fā)泡溫拌瀝青再生混合料在不同擊實(shí)溫度和瀝青用量條件下各馬歇爾試驗(yàn)指標(biāo)的變化規(guī)律,確定適宜的擊實(shí)溫度和最佳瀝青用量,從而為水發(fā)泡溫拌瀝青再生混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì)提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The technology of water foaming and warm mixing asphalt is used to regenerate waste asphalt mixture. Because the stirring temperature is lower than that of heat regeneration, the effect of aging on waste asphalt mixture can be reduced effectively, and the proportion of waste asphalt mixture can be increased. On the other hand, the water foaming and reclaimed mixture has better rutting resistance than the common warm mix because of adding old asphalt mixture. Therefore, the technology fully embodies the advantages of waste utilization, energy saving and emission reduction, green environmental protection and so on, which has important practical significance. Taking the dense gradation asphalt recycled mixture AC-20 as an example, the Marshall test method is used to study the variation law of Marshall test indexes of water foaming warm mix asphalt recycled mixture under different compaction temperature and asphalt content. The optimum compaction temperature and the optimum asphalt content are determined to provide the theoretical basis for the mixture design of the water foaming warm mix asphalt recycled mixture.
