基于多應力蠕變恢復試驗的改性瀝青高溫性能研究

【摘要】:為了研究改性瀝青在高溫條件下的粘彈性能,選擇3種改性瀝青在不同溫度下進行多應力蠕變恢復試驗(MSCR)。采用Superpave性能規(guī)范的最新指標對3種改性瀝青的高溫性能進行評價。結果表明:在0.1 kPa時,PE改性瀝青的平均恢復率R100最大,并且不隨溫度發(fā)生較大改變;隨著溫度的升高,SBS、GTR改性瀝青平均恢復率減小;在3.2 kPa時,3種改性瀝青的平均恢復率R3200較為接近;比較兩種應力條件下的結果,在64℃、70℃時,PE改性瀝青由于應力增大,平均恢復率顯著下降,平均不可恢復蠕變柔量Jnr顯著增大;因此,有必要考慮較大應力對改性瀝青性能的影響。本試驗結果與彈性恢復試驗結果一致,可以考慮用MSCR代替彈性恢復試驗。由于采用了較大應力的加載方式以及平均恢復率、平均不可恢復蠕變柔量等評價指標,MSCR能全面評價改性瀝青的性能。
