多孔隙聚氨酯碎石混合料強(qiáng)度及路用性能

【摘要】:為了給多孔隙聚氨酯碎石透水路面設(shè)計(jì)與施工提供參考,針對(duì)多孔隙聚氨酯碎石混合料(PPM)強(qiáng)度特性和路用性能開(kāi)展試驗(yàn)研究。首先采用立方體無(wú)側(cè)限抗壓試驗(yàn)和矩形梁抗折試驗(yàn)對(duì)PPM的強(qiáng)度和模量進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,研究成型方法、養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間、膠水用量、碎石形狀、孔隙率等因素對(duì)其強(qiáng)度的影響,通過(guò)全過(guò)程荷載-應(yīng)力試驗(yàn)對(duì)PPM強(qiáng)度特性及破壞機(jī)理進(jìn)行研究;然后針對(duì)PPM的抗變形性能、水穩(wěn)定性能、抗滑性能、抗疲勞性能、抗腐蝕性能以及耐老化性能等路用性能展開(kāi)試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:膠水用量質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)在4%~6%時(shí),PPM抗壓強(qiáng)度介于6~10 MPa,抗折強(qiáng)度介于4~6MPa,膠水用量和碎石形狀對(duì)PPM強(qiáng)度影響顯著,成型方法和養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間、溫度對(duì)其最終強(qiáng)度幾乎沒(méi)有影響;PPM具有較好的抗變形能力、抗滑性能、抗疲勞性能、抗腐蝕性能及耐光熱老化性能,但其水穩(wěn)定性一般,5次凍融循環(huán)后抗壓強(qiáng)度損失率約為15%。
[Abstract]:In order to provide reference for the design and construction of porous polyurethane macadam permeable pavement, the (PPM) strength characteristics and road performance of porous polyurethane macadam mixture are studied experimentally. The strength and modulus of PPM were tested by cube unconfined compression test and rectangular beam flexural test. The influence of molding method, curing time, glue dosage, gravel shape, porosity and other factors on the strength of PPM were studied. The strength characteristics and failure mechanism of PPM were studied by load-stress test. Then the tests were carried out on the deformation resistance, water stability, slide resistance, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and aging resistance of PPM. The results show that when the mass fraction of glue is 4 ~ 6, the compressive strength of PPM is between 6 ~ 10 MPa, and the flexural strength of PPM is 4 ~ 6 MPA. The content of glue and the shape of crushed stone have significant effects on the strength of PPM, the forming method and curing time. Temperature has little effect on the final strength. PPM has good deformation resistance, slip resistance, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and photothermal aging resistance, but its water stability is general, and the loss rate of compressive strength after five freeze-thaw cycles is about 15%.
