新建德大鐵路線橋鋪軌架梁工程施工技術(shù)

【摘要】:本文對新建德大鐵路鋪架工程面臨的難題,通過對指導(dǎo)性施工組織設(shè)計的分析和研究,結(jié)合本段工程的實際特點和難點,綜合分析了影響本工程的各種制約因素,確定了適應(yīng)本段工程的鋪架總體施工組織方案。首先著重論述了鋪軌架梁總體施工方案及鋪架基地與既有京滬鐵路的接軌方案,加強(qiáng)鋪架基地和制存梁場等大型臨時設(shè)施的建設(shè),主要采用大型機(jī)械化生產(chǎn)的施工模式,結(jié)合人工換鋪的施工工藝,合理安排鋪架基地與既有鐵路的接入時機(jī),詳細(xì)敘述了鋪架運輸問題的解決。其次對預(yù)應(yīng)力鐵路混凝土T型橋梁的預(yù)制存放、軌排生產(chǎn)與鋪設(shè)、橋梁架設(shè)、橋梁橫向連接、推送(換鋪)長鋼軌、鋼軌焊接、上砟整道、應(yīng)力放散與鎖定等主要施工工藝進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的闡述,并提出與本工程適應(yīng)的勞動力組織和機(jī)械配置方案,同時也提出了鋪架過程中協(xié)調(diào)組織與配合工作的重要性。通過總結(jié),進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化施工組織及施工方案的重要性,積累新建鐵路鋪架工程施工經(jīng)驗,提高協(xié)調(diào)能力,提升鋪架施工綜合水平。文章主要由以下幾個部分的內(nèi)容組成:(1)介紹了新建德大鐵路鋪架Ⅰ標(biāo)段的工程概況及總體施工組織方案。(2)針對新建德大鐵路鋪架基地的設(shè)置、與既有線接軌實際情況及鋪架順序安排,成立了適合本項目的橋梁、軌排、長軌條、道碴運輸組織機(jī)構(gòu),制定了有針對性的行車組織計劃和安全保障措施。(3)詳細(xì)闡述了軌排拼裝采用固定臺位式生產(chǎn)線,采用反錨法進(jìn)行軌枕錨固、人工軌排拼裝工藝。鋪軌架梁采用TJ165鐵路專用架橋機(jī)、WZ500-TY長軌推送設(shè)備、DTC160t自行式轉(zhuǎn)盤車調(diào)頭設(shè)備,基本實現(xiàn)了鋪架工期目標(biāo)。(4)詳細(xì)闡述了軌道工程的各種施工機(jī)具、施工程序和施工方法,科學(xué)組織,合理確定人員、機(jī)械進(jìn)場數(shù)量和時機(jī),確保在規(guī)定的時間內(nèi)架橋機(jī)和長軌推送車交替不間斷施工。(5)詳細(xì)闡述了長軌條的施工方法及單元軌節(jié)的焊接工藝,制定了無縫線路應(yīng)力放散、鎖定等施工方案。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis and study of the guiding construction organization design and the practical characteristics and difficulties of this section, this paper comprehensively analyzes the various restrictive factors that affect the project. The overall construction organization scheme of the frame is determined to suit this section of the project. First of all, the general construction plan of laying track beam and the scheme of connecting the laying base with the existing Beijing-Shanghai railway are discussed emphatically, and the construction of large-scale temporary facilities such as frame laying base and beam yard are strengthened, and the construction mode of large-scale mechanized production is mainly adopted. Combined with the construction technology of manual replacement, reasonable arrangement of the access time between the base and the existing railway is made, and the solution to the transport problem of the laying frame is described in detail. Secondly, prefabricated storage, rail production and laying, bridge erection, bridge transverse connection, push (replacement) long rail, rail welding, ballast whole track of prestressed railway concrete T-type bridge, The main construction techniques, such as stress releasing and locking, are expounded in detail, and the labor force organization and mechanical configuration scheme adapted to the project are put forward. At the same time, the importance of coordinating organization and coordination in the process of frame laying is also put forward. Through summing up, the importance of construction organization and construction scheme is further strengthened, construction experience is accumulated, coordination ability is improved, and comprehensive construction level is raised. This paper mainly consists of the following parts: (1) the general situation of the project and the overall construction organization plan of the frame laying section I of Xinjiande large railway are introduced. (2) aiming at the setting of the base of laying the frame of the Xinjian Deda railway, In line with the actual situation of the existing railway lines and the arrangement of the laying order, a bridge, rail platoon, long rail strip and ballast transportation organization suitable for this project have been set up. The relevant organization plan and safety measures are worked out. (3) the fixed platform production line is used for rail arrangement assembly, the reverse anchor method is used for sleeper anchoring, and the artificial rail arrangement assembly technology is discussed. TJ165 railway special bridge erection machine, WZ500-TY long rail pushing equipment, DTC160t self-propelled turntable turning equipment are used to lay track beam, which basically achieve the goal of laying frame. (4) various construction machines and tools for track engineering are described in detail. Construction procedures and construction methods, scientific organization, rational determination of personnel, number and timing of mechanical approach, In order to ensure the continuous construction of the bridge erector and the long rail push car in the specified time. (5) the construction method of the long rail strip and the welding technology of the unit rail joint are expounded in detail, and the construction scheme of the seamless track stress releasing and locking is worked out.
