鐵路橋梁箱梁外模結(jié)構(gòu)分析及其動(dòng)態(tài)性能研究
[Abstract]:Abstract: with the rapid development of high-speed railway, box girder of high-speed railway has been widely used. As the main equipment of high speed railway box girder, the strength, stiffness and dynamic performance of external die of box girder is a very necessary research subject. It relates to the construction efficiency of high-speed box girder and the component quality of high-speed box girder. Therefore, to ensure the strength, stiffness, precision and stability of the external mode under vibration is the main objective of the design. In this paper, the static equilibrium and dynamic response of 32m box girder are studied. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) the three-dimensional model of template external model is established by using SOLIDWORKS. The structure of the model is introduced and analyzed in detail, and the appropriate parts are simplified to facilitate the calculation. (2) using the finite element analysis software ANSYS WORKBENCH to analyze the static structure of the external die, the maximum deformation and the maximum stress of the external die are obtained, and the dangerous position state is analyzed. (3) the ANSYS WORKBENCH external mode is used to analyze the free mode and the constrained mode. The natural frequency and the corresponding mode shape of the external mode are determined by the modal analysis, and the frequency points of resonance are obtained, which provides a reference for the harmonic response analysis results. (4) the stress response and displacement response of template web are obtained by harmonic response analysis under different spacing of attached vibrator. The results show that 2000mm is a relatively reasonable arrangement. (5) the reliability and accuracy of the simulation model and the results are verified by the experiment of the outer model of the 32 m box girder of the clam.
