深基坑開挖對即有橋樁的影響及加固技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:有限的地面空間日漸無法滿足人類交通建設(shè)工程和城市建筑事業(yè)不斷發(fā)展壯大的需求,人們開始尋求向地下和高空的發(fā)展空間。當(dāng)鄰近有基坑開挖時的建筑、道路橋梁等的樁基礎(chǔ)將不同程度地會受到土層變動的影響而產(chǎn)生不良響應(yīng),,由此而引發(fā)的工程事故越來越多、越來越得到工程界的重視。本文著眼于橋梁樁基受鄰近基坑開挖的影響在前人已做的研究基礎(chǔ)上對其展開系統(tǒng)而深入的研究具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,主要研究工作如下: (1)系統(tǒng)總結(jié)和論述了當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外的各種有關(guān)樁土相互作用體系的理論分析和計(jì)算方法、試驗(yàn)測試手段等,特別是既有橋梁樁基受鄰近基坑開挖影響的研究現(xiàn)狀。 (2)簡略介紹了有限差分法和有線差分軟件FLAC3D及其主要特點(diǎn)、計(jì)算原理,并將其與有限元軟件進(jìn)行對比,總結(jié)了二者在各類問題上的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)和適用性,為今后面臨同類問題選擇計(jì)算軟件時提供了一定的參考依據(jù)。 (3)以某基坑工程為背景,基于FLAC3D研究平臺系統(tǒng)地分析研究了鄰近該基坑的既有橋梁樁基對基坑開挖的各種性狀的響應(yīng),利用工程實(shí)際進(jìn)行校核后對數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行輸出整理,得出了若干既與工程實(shí)際相符又有一定的理論及實(shí)踐意義的初步結(jié)論。 (4)針對背景項(xiàng)目中的橋梁樁基已出現(xiàn)的過大的超過相關(guān)規(guī)范允許標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、可能影響橋梁安全性能的病害提出了兩種開挖工作實(shí)施前對橋樁的預(yù)加固和圍護(hù)方案,并通過調(diào)整先前已經(jīng)建立好的、經(jīng)對比驗(yàn)證符合工程實(shí)際的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化模型,再次利用FLAC3D進(jìn)行仿真模擬,根據(jù)計(jì)算分析結(jié)果論證各方案的可行性,對今后同類工程的勘察設(shè)計(jì)、施工監(jiān)測等工作可以提供一定的參考和指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The limited ground space can not meet the needs of human traffic construction engineering and urban construction. People begin to seek the underground and high-altitude development space. When the pile foundation is adjacent to the excavation of foundation pit, the pile foundation will be affected by the change of soil layer to some extent, resulting in more and more engineering accidents, which has been paid more and more attention by the engineering circles. In this paper, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out systematic and in-depth research on bridge pile foundation influenced by excavation of adjacent foundation pit on the basis of previous researches. The main research works are as follows: (1) the theoretical analysis and calculation methods of various pile-soil interaction systems at home and abroad, the testing and testing methods, etc., are systematically summarized and discussed. Especially, the existing bridge pile foundation is affected by the excavation of adjacent foundation pit. (2) introduce the finite difference method and the cable difference software FLAC3D and their main characteristics, calculation principle, compare them with the finite element software, summarize their advantages and disadvantages and their applicability in all kinds of problems. It provides a certain reference basis for selecting calculation software in the face of similar problems in the future. (3) based on the FLAC3D research platform, the response of the existing bridge pile foundation adjacent to the foundation pit to various characteristics of the excavation is analyzed systematically based on a foundation pit project. After checking the engineering practice, the output of the numerical simulation results is sorted out, and some preliminary conclusions are obtained, which are not only consistent with the engineering practice, but also of certain theoretical and practical significance. (4) two kinds of pre-strengthening and retaining schemes for bridge piles before excavation are put forward in view of the diseases which have already appeared in the background projects which exceed the allowable standards of relevant codes and may affect the safety performance of bridges. And by adjusting the standardized model that has been established before and verified by contrast to the actual project, and then using FLAC3D to carry out simulation again, according to the results of calculation and analysis, the feasibility of each scheme is proved, and the reconnaissance and design of similar projects in the future are discussed. Construction monitoring and other work can provide a certain reference and guidance.
