【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程的加快,港口物流在發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)的過程中,起著重要的作用：在經(jīng)濟(jì)交往活動中,提供增值服務(wù),實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代物流中心的功能,具有一定的戰(zhàn)略地位�，F(xiàn)代物流的發(fā)展,日益成為港口城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必然選擇。為順應(yīng)耗時間阿卡,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化發(fā)展,\來了的需要,現(xiàn)代的港口,需要不斷快樂撒,完善其物流職能、不斷拓展物流功能,所以研究現(xiàn)代,港口物綠卡時間好看,流功能完善策略,及發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略十分必要。 本文從煙臺港港口物流持續(xù)發(fā)展的角度,對煙臺港港口物流的內(nèi)部條件、外部環(huán)境、物流吞吐量、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了深入的研究和探討。首先,用港口物流的相關(guān)理論概述了,港口物流的基本要素、功能及發(fā)展趨勢,同時分析煙臺港集團(tuán)的基本條件,以及發(fā)展港口物流的地位和作用。其次,分析煙臺港集團(tuán)有限公司(簡稱煙臺港集團(tuán))的競爭環(huán)境、外部宏觀環(huán)境、國內(nèi)外航運(yùn)業(yè)環(huán)境及周邊港口競爭形勢；煙臺港人才、物資設(shè)備、區(qū)位特點(diǎn)等內(nèi)部實(shí)力;借助SWOT模型分析,煙臺港集團(tuán)港口物流發(fā)展的,外部機(jī)會、外部威脅、競爭優(yōu)勢、競爭劣勢,得到優(yōu)勢—機(jī)會、劣勢—機(jī)會、優(yōu)勢—威脅、劣勢—威脅四種組合戰(zhàn)略；在此戰(zhàn)略基礎(chǔ)上提出相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略措施。接下來是,并利用灰色理論,及灰色模型GM(1.1),來預(yù)測煙臺港集團(tuán)貨物的吞吐量,并且根據(jù)以往的實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù),用簡單易懂的線性模型,來預(yù)測煙臺港集團(tuán)集裝箱的吞吐量。最后,根據(jù)前面,在全國各大經(jīng)濟(jì)圈：環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟(jì)圈、環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟(jì)圈、長三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈等等繁榮發(fā)展的大前提,和世界港口激烈競爭發(fā)展的前提下,提出了煙臺港發(fā)展的總體戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),接著解釋煙臺港口發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)和戰(zhàn)略措施的分析和預(yù)測。從而為煙臺港集團(tuán)的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展提供了戰(zhàn)略依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, port logistics plays an important role in the process of economic development: providing value-added services and realizing the function of modern logistics center in economic exchanges has a certain strategic position. The development of modern logistics has increasingly become the inevitable choice for the economic development of port cities. In order to comply with the needs of the time-consuming Arca, the development of economic globalization, and the coming, modern ports need to be constantly happy, improve their logistics functions, and constantly expand their logistics functions. The flow function consummation strategy, and the development strategy is very necessary. From the point of view of the sustainable development of the port logistics of Yantai Port, this paper makes a deep research and discussion on the internal conditions, external environment, logistics throughput and development strategy of the port logistics of Yantai Port. Firstly, the basic elements, functions and development trend of port logistics are summarized with the relevant theories of port logistics. At the same time, the basic conditions of Yantai Port Group and the status and function of developing port logistics are analyzed. Secondly, it analyzes the competition environment of Yantai Port Group Co., Ltd., the external macro environment, the domestic and foreign shipping industry environment and the competition situation of the surrounding ports. Yantai port talents, materials and equipment, location characteristics and other internal strength; With the help of SWOT model analysis, the port logistics development of Yantai Port Group, external opportunity, external threat, competitive advantage, competitive inferiority, gain advantage-opportunity, inferiority-opportunity, advantage-threat, inferiority-threat four combination strategies; On the basis of this strategy, the corresponding strategic measures are put forward. Then, using grey theory, and grey model GM (1. 1), to predict the throughput of Yantai Port Group cargo, and based on the previous actual data, using a simple and easy to understand linear model, To predict the throughput of containers in Yantai Port Group. Finally, according to the premise of the prosperity and development of the major economic circles throughout the country, such as the Bohai Rim Economic Circle, the Yangtze River Delta Economic Circle, and the fierce competition and development of the world's ports, The overall strategic goal of Yantai port development is put forward, and then the strategic emphasis of Yantai port development and the analysis and prediction of strategic measures are explained. Thus provides the strategic basis for the steady development of Yantai Hong Kong Group.
