基于溫差評(píng)價(jià)方法的瀝青混合料滲水系數(shù)試驗(yàn)與數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:為了快速檢測(cè)密級(jí)配瀝青混合料滲水系數(shù),提出一種采用路面表面溫差評(píng)價(jià)路面滲水系數(shù)的新方法。對(duì)瀝青混合料空隙率與滲水系數(shù)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析;通過室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)研究了不同滲水系數(shù)的瀝青混合料試件在相同照射條件下的失水質(zhì)量、失水率和表面溫差;通過數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算了飽水后瀝青路面表面溫度隨太陽(yáng)輻射的變化規(guī)律;分析了季節(jié)對(duì)表面溫差的影響,并將數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果與室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果表明:飽水后的試件通過室內(nèi)模擬太陽(yáng)輻射照射一段時(shí)間后,隨著滲水程度的增加表面溫差逐漸增大,最大溫差值達(dá)5.7℃;太陽(yáng)輻射強(qiáng)度與路面表面溫差直接相關(guān),最佳評(píng)價(jià)時(shí)段為9:00~14:00;夏季路面表面溫差最大,亦為最佳評(píng)價(jià)滲水系數(shù)季節(jié)。
[Abstract]:In order to quickly detect the permeability coefficient of dense gradation asphalt mixture, a new method for evaluating the permeability coefficient of pavement surface temperature difference is proposed. The relationship between void ratio and permeability coefficient of asphalt mixture is analyzed, and the water loss quality, water loss rate and surface temperature difference of asphalt mixture specimens with different water permeability coefficients under the same irradiation conditions are studied through laboratory tests. The variation law of surface temperature with solar radiation after saturated asphalt pavement is calculated by numerical simulation, the influence of season on surface temperature difference is analyzed, and the results of numerical simulation and indoor test are compared and analyzed. The results show that the surface temperature difference increases gradually with the increase of water permeation degree, and the maximum temperature difference reaches 5.7 鈩,
