城市中心商業(yè)區(qū)新增大型項目交通組織優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:城市中心商業(yè)區(qū)作為城市經濟活動集聚化的產物,是城市發(fā)展的精華、經濟水平的體現(xiàn),也是展示城市整體形象的主窗口,很大程度上帶動了城市的繁榮、經濟的發(fā)展。隨著我國近幾十年來改革開放所取得的巨大成效,各地城市相繼將中心商業(yè)區(qū)建筑改造和建設列為城市發(fā)展的重點。由此在擴大的中心商業(yè)區(qū)城市容量的過程中,為原本有限的區(qū)域交通系統(tǒng)增添的了新的壓力。交通組織優(yōu)化方法作為改善局部交通擁堵問題的重要手段,有著便捷、高效、易于實施的特點,也是目前城市交通管理研究的重點。本文主要針對中心商業(yè)區(qū)特征及組織優(yōu)化理論、商業(yè)區(qū)交通需求預測和路網組織優(yōu)化方法等問題進行了研究。在商業(yè)區(qū)特征及組織優(yōu)化理論方面,通過對其形成過程分析,對商業(yè)區(qū)的交通特征進行了探討,總結了我國各城市中心商業(yè)區(qū)交通所普遍存在的問題及成因,并提出了商業(yè)區(qū)未來交通改善的重點和策略;在交通需求預測方面,結合中心商業(yè)區(qū)開發(fā)體量大的特點,以區(qū)域交通規(guī)劃理論為基礎,針對商業(yè)區(qū)地塊開發(fā)做造成的交通需求快速增長等現(xiàn)象,引入區(qū)位勢能條件,對變更后的交通需求進行預測,提高了區(qū)域交通需求預測精度,為之后的區(qū)域交通組織和規(guī)劃提供了有效的數(shù)據(jù)基礎;在路網組織優(yōu)化方面,針對商業(yè)區(qū)新增建設項目后的交通分配結果,以區(qū)域路網飽和度限定為約束條件,建立區(qū)域道路網絡組織優(yōu)化模型,并給出模型的遺傳算法求解方法,并結合湘潭市建設路口商圈的建設現(xiàn)狀,以建設路口西北角地塊開發(fā)湘潭國際商業(yè)中心項目建設為背景,提出局部交通組織優(yōu)化方案。城市中心商業(yè)區(qū)作為展示城市社會經濟水平的主窗口,是城市發(fā)展的核心。本文針對以中心商業(yè)區(qū)新增項目背景下的區(qū)域交通需求變化進行了研究,引入了區(qū)位勢能思想進行需求預測,并對預測后的商業(yè)區(qū)道路單向與禁左交通組織方法進行了探索。結合本文所做研究,對中心商業(yè)區(qū)的交通組織優(yōu)化方案制定有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:As a result of the agglomeration of urban economic activities, the central commercial district is the essence of urban development, the embodiment of economic level, and the main window of displaying the overall image of the city, which to a great extent leads to the prosperity and economic development of the city. With the great achievements of reform and opening up in recent decades in China, the reconstruction and construction of central commercial district has been listed as the key point of urban development in various cities. Thus, in the process of expanding the capacity of the central commercial district, it adds new pressure to the previously limited regional transportation system. As an important means to improve local traffic congestion, traffic organization optimization method has the characteristics of convenience, efficiency and easy to implement. It is also the focus of urban traffic management research. In this paper, the characteristics of the central business district and the theory of organization optimization, traffic demand forecasting and road network optimization methods are studied. In the aspect of business district characteristics and organization optimization theory, through the analysis of its forming process, the traffic characteristics of commercial district are discussed, and the problems and causes of traffic in central commercial district of our country are summarized. The paper also puts forward the key points and strategies of traffic improvement in the future. In the aspect of traffic demand prediction, combined with the characteristics of large volume of central commercial district development, based on the theory of regional traffic planning, and aiming at the phenomenon of rapid growth of traffic demand caused by the development of commercial district plots, the location potential energy condition is introduced. Forecasting the traffic demand after the change improves the precision of regional traffic demand prediction and provides an effective data base for the later regional traffic organization and planning. In the aspect of road network organization optimization, aiming at the traffic assignment result after the new construction project in the commercial district, taking the regional road network saturation as the constraint condition, the optimization model of the regional road network organization is established, and the genetic algorithm solution method of the model is given. Combined with the present situation of the construction of the commercial district at the intersection of Xiangtan city, the optimization scheme of local traffic organization is put forward in the background of the construction of Xiangtan international commercial center project in the northwestern corner of the intersection. As the main window to display the social and economic level of the city, the central commercial district is the core of the urban development. In this paper, the change of regional traffic demand under the background of the new project of central commercial district is studied, the idea of location potential energy is introduced to forecast the demand, and the method of organizing one-way and forbidden traffic in commercial district after prediction is explored. Combined with the research done in this paper, it has certain reference significance for the traffic organization optimization scheme of the central commercial district.
