【摘要】：橋梁是高速公路的咽喉，只有滿足橋梁的承載能力以及確保橋梁安全通行的條件下，，一條高速公路才能安全的運(yùn)營�？梢哉f橋梁影響著高速公路的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益以及社會效益，它是貫通高速公路全線的關(guān)鍵。隨著我國高速公路橋梁近年來面臨的交通量大、汽車載重高、車速快而引起的交通事故頻繁發(fā)生，事故程度愈發(fā)惡劣等現(xiàn)象，針對橋梁的安全性評價(jià)也勢在必行。橋梁安全性評價(jià)是有效預(yù)防和降低交通事故的重要手段。本文立足于路線線形，對橋梁項(xiàng)目中影響行車安全的各種潛在因素進(jìn)行分析和評價(jià)，及早發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并加以糾正，防患于未然，以期最大程度地減少人員和財(cái)產(chǎn)損失。 本文在分析橋梁平面、縱斷面以及視距、構(gòu)造物、運(yùn)行速度等影響公路安全要素的基礎(chǔ)上，確定了高速公路橋梁安全性評價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系，具體包括線形指標(biāo)、構(gòu)造物指標(biāo)、速度指標(biāo)三大類，并給出了各指標(biāo)的評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和計(jì)分規(guī)則；然后選取一種新的標(biāo)度，改進(jìn)AHP法對權(quán)重的評價(jià)效果。結(jié)合模糊綜合評價(jià)理論建立橋梁安全綜合評價(jià)體系，給出了評價(jià)流程和步驟；最后，對潮惠高速公路段棉湖榕江大橋進(jìn)行了安全性分析和評價(jià)，驗(yàn)證了評價(jià)體系的合理性和可行性。該評價(jià)方法既能用于橋梁設(shè)計(jì)階段的檢查，路線方案比選，也可以用于對建成后的橋梁安全運(yùn)行情況進(jìn)行評價(jià)。
[Abstract]:The bridge is the throat of the expressway. Only when the carrying capacity of the bridge is satisfied and the safe passage of the bridge is ensured, the expressway can operate safely. It can be said that the bridge affects the economic and social benefits of the expressway, and it is the key to the whole highway. With the large traffic volume, high vehicle load, high vehicle speed and frequent accidents caused by the highway bridges in China in recent years, it is imperative to evaluate the safety of the bridges. Bridge safety evaluation is an important means to effectively prevent and reduce traffic accidents. Based on the alignment of the route, this paper analyzes and evaluates the potential factors affecting the driving safety of the bridge project, finds out the problems as early as possible and corrects them, and takes precautions against them in the hope of minimizing the loss of personnel and property. Based on the analysis of bridge plane, longitudinal section, visual distance, structure, speed and other factors affecting highway safety, this paper determines the evaluation index system of highway bridge safety, including linear index, structural index, etc. There are three categories of speed index, and the evaluation criteria and scoring rules of each index are given. Then a new scale is selected to improve the evaluation effect of AHP method on weights. Combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, the comprehensive evaluation system of bridge safety is established, and the evaluation flow and steps are given. Finally, the safety analysis and evaluation of Rong River Bridge in Mianhu area of Chaohui Expressway are carried out, and the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation system are verified. The evaluation method can be used not only to check the bridge design stage, to compare and select the route scheme, but also to evaluate the safe operation of the bridge after completion.
