【摘要】：正交通部、工信部、公安部、工商總局、質(zhì)檢總局聯(lián)合發(fā)布《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步做好貨車非法改裝和超限超載治理工作的意見》,對(duì)下一階段治超提出全面部署以及《車輛運(yùn)輸車治理工作方案》,標(biāo)志著我國對(duì)貨車非法改裝和超限超載的治理進(jìn)入新階段。根據(jù)新規(guī),自9月21日起,嚴(yán)禁雙排車輛運(yùn)輸車進(jìn)入高速公路;2018年7月1日起,全面禁止不合規(guī)車輛運(yùn)輸車通行,普及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)貨運(yùn)車型。
[Abstract]:The Ministry of Communications, the Ministry of Industry and Information, the Ministry of Public Security, the General Administration of Industry and Commerce, and the General Administration of quality Supervision and Quarantine jointly issued "opinions on the further improvement of illegal refitting of trucks and the treatment of overloading." This paper puts forward a comprehensive plan for the next stage of the treatment of overloading and "the working Plan for the treatment of vehicle Transport vehicles", which marks the new stage of our country's treatment of illegal refitting of trucks and overloading. Under the new rules, dual-row vehicles will be banned from entering expressways as of Sept. 21, and non-compliant vehicles will be banned from passing on July 1, 2018, and standard freight models will be popularized.
