超高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)筑及使用階段對(duì)緊鄰地鐵運(yùn)營(yíng)隧道的影響分析

【摘要】:隨著城市發(fā)展腳步加快,在大城市不可避免地將出現(xiàn)新建高樓大廈緊鄰既有地下結(jié)構(gòu)施工的情況。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)工程資料較少,對(duì)于超高層建筑施工對(duì)鄰近地下結(jié)構(gòu)物的影響分析尚不多。本文依托北京市國(guó)家金融信息大廈(高度360m)緊鄰地鐵運(yùn)營(yíng)隧道施工的實(shí)際工程背景,采用MIDAS/GTS通用巖土有限元分析軟件對(duì)本工程進(jìn)行了三維數(shù)值模擬,針對(duì)超高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)筑及使用階段對(duì)緊鄰地鐵運(yùn)營(yíng)隧道產(chǎn)生的影響進(jìn)行了分析研究,得出了隧道變形的一些發(fā)展規(guī)律。本文的主要工作如下: (1)綜述國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,指出傳統(tǒng)研究方法的不足,尤其是在考慮上部結(jié)構(gòu)受到風(fēng)荷載時(shí)引發(fā)隧道的附加變形,國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于這方面尚未有明確的研究。 (2)基于本文的工程情況,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提出近接地鐵運(yùn)營(yíng)隧道施工控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 (3)對(duì)于超高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)筑及使用階段對(duì)地鐵運(yùn)營(yíng)隧道的影響進(jìn)行了分析,在結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)筑階段,隧道主要發(fā)生豎向沉降,水平位移較小。在建筑使用階段,考慮風(fēng)荷載情況下,隧道的沉降和水平變形都會(huì)發(fā)生變化。 (4)針對(duì)建筑與隧道距離,建筑樁長(zhǎng),建筑高度等參數(shù)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,總結(jié)了隧道保護(hù)措施。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urban development, it is inevitable that the construction of new high-rise buildings next to the existing underground structure will occur in large cities. At present, there are few related engineering data at home and abroad, and the analysis of the influence of super high-rise building construction on adjacent underground structures is still rare. Based on the actual engineering background of Beijing National Financial Information Building (360m) adjacent to the subway operating tunnel construction, the 3D numerical simulation of the project is carried out by using the MIDAS/GTS general geotechnical finite element analysis software. Based on the analysis of the influence of the construction and use of super high-rise building structure on the adjacent subway operating tunnel, some development rules of tunnel deformation are obtained. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) the present research situation at home and abroad is summarized, and the shortcomings of the traditional research methods are pointed out, especially the additional deformation of the tunnel caused by the consideration of the wind load on the superstructure. There is no clear research on this aspect at home and abroad. (2) based on the engineering situation in this paper, the construction control standard of the adjacent subway tunnel is put forward. (3) the influence of the construction of super-tall building structure and its use on the subway operating tunnel is analyzed. In the structural construction stage, the tunnel mainly occurs vertical settlement and the horizontal displacement is small. In the stage of building use, the settlement and horizontal deformation of the tunnel will change when wind load is taken into account. (4) according to the distance between the building and the tunnel, the length of the pile and the height of the building, the protective measures of the tunnel are summarized.
