沖擊壓實(shí)技術(shù)在公路路基處理中的應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, people pay more attention to the research of pavement structure layer material performance, especially the research and application of surface layer material performance and compaction, but the research on subgrade soil is often insufficient. Since the impact compaction technology was introduced into China, the rapid and effective compaction of soil foundation and the improvement of subgrade resilience modulus have been paid more attention to. Since the application of impact compaction technology in highway construction in our province has just begun, this paper systematically studies the application of impact compaction technology in combination with the new subgrade treatment project of Tong Baiyun Highway in Sujiatun District, Shenyang City. Combined with the typical asphalt pavement structure in Liaoning Province, the mechanical response analysis of asphalt pavement structure with high modulus subgrade is carried out, which provides scientific basis for the popularization and application of impact compaction technology in Liaoning Province. In order to master the impact compaction technology more comprehensively, this paper will develop gradually from the following four aspects: 1. Through collecting the domestic and foreign research results, the development of impact compaction technology and the mechanism of impact compaction technology are understood, and the applicability of impact compaction technology under different subgrade fillings is analyzed. 2. Based on the engineering experience of impact compaction technology in highway construction in Liaoning Province, the influence of high modulus subgrade on asphalt pavement structure is discussed. In this paper, finite element analysis software is used to model the design parameters of asphalt pavement under high modulus subgrade, and the typical asphalt pavement structure is recommended. According to the recommended asphalt pavement structure, paving test road. Test data collection and analysis to verify the impact compaction technology of the actual use of the effect. 4. Considering the whole life of the road, the construction cost is analyzed in combination with the timeliness. The research results show that increasing the modulus of soil foundation can effectively reduce the asphalt pavement structure, the deflection value of the pavement surface and the bending and tensile stress at the bottom of each structure, and the thickness of the base course can be reduced appropriately by the impact compaction technology for the general subgrade. In view of the rubber asphalt mixture has good rutting resistance, fatigue resistance and stable temperature stability and so on. A new type of asphalt pavement structure with rubber asphalt is recommended to be popularized with impact compaction technology.
