鋼橋面板與鋪裝層間粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度無損檢測試驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:The durability of deck pavement is a very difficult key technology in the construction of long span steel bridge. Waterproofing and bonding layer is one of the most important measures to ensure the durability of bridge deck pavement, and some researchers even point out that, The shear failure of waterproof adhesive layer is the root cause of bridge deck pavement damage. Therefore, it is of great significance for the design and maintenance of long span steel bridge to study comprehensively and systematically the detection technology of bond strength of deck pavement of long span steel bridge. However, the existing bond strength detection methods are mainly lossy detection, which is not allowed to be used in the actual steel bridge deck and pavement bond strength detection, in practice, the bond strength is often unknown. Therefore, it is necessary to study the applicability of NDT technology here. In this paper, the bond strength is tested from one side of the plate by ultrasonic reflection method. The main work is as follows: (1) the applicability of the four waveforms here is analyzed, and the longitudinal wave is selected to test; (2) the pure steel plate is tested with frequency probe 0.5-10MHz, and the large 5MHz probe is selected as the detector according to the attenuation index and envelope area of the peak envelope curve of the test echo, (3) according to the acoustic boundary condition and engineering experience, The test model is simplified and three defective interfaces are made. (4) through the existing acoustic parameters, acoustic knowledge and subsequent probe selection test, In this paper, the attenuation index and envelope area of echo peak envelope curve are used to distinguish each interface. (5) based on the test results of outdoor samples, the attenuation index and the mean value of envelope area of three kinds of defects, steel gas, steel water and steel soil, are given. The method can be used to identify three kinds of defect interfaces. (6) 141 measuring points are selected to determine the good bonding area of indoor samples, and the attenuation index range of the good bond interface of the samples is given preliminarily. (7) analyzing the influence of manual force on test results, pointing out that manual force does not directly affect the results, and giving the points needing attention in subsequent tests, and (8) giving the layout diagram of nondestructive testing for subsequent tests.
