盾構(gòu)隧道縱縫接頭抗彎計(jì)算模型研究

【摘要】:針對不設(shè)傳力襯墊的盾構(gòu)隧道縱縫接頭,基于已有的管片接頭抗彎性能試驗(yàn)的結(jié)果,首次提出與接頭應(yīng)力相關(guān)的剛度折減系數(shù)的概念,并給出其取值經(jīng)驗(yàn)的公式。在此基礎(chǔ)上推導(dǎo)縱縫接頭轉(zhuǎn)角彎矩關(guān)系的顯式解析公式,可直接應(yīng)用于盾構(gòu)隧道的結(jié)構(gòu)受力分析。所推導(dǎo)的解析公式可以較好地反映接頭軸力對其抗彎力學(xué)行為的影響,描述管片接頭抗彎剛度隨轉(zhuǎn)角增大而減小直至破壞的整個(gè)過程。與管片接頭足尺試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的對比表明,該解析解與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合得較好,有重要的工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:For the longitudinal joint of shield tunnel without force transfer cushion, the concept of stiffness reduction coefficient related to joint stress is put forward for the first time, based on the results of bending performance tests of existing segment joints, and the empirical formula is given. On this basis, the explicit analytical formula of the angular moment relationship of longitudinal joint can be derived, which can be directly applied to the structural stress analysis of shield tunnel. The analytical formula can reflect the influence of axial force on the bending behavior of the joint, and describe the whole process that the bending stiffness of the segment joint decreases with the increase of the turning angle until the failure. The comparison with the full-scale test results of the segment joint shows that the analytical solution is in good agreement with the experimental results and has important engineering application value.
