快速公交(BRT)系統(tǒng)站點(diǎn)設(shè)置研究

【摘要】:隨著快速公交在全世界范圍內(nèi)獲得廣泛認(rèn)可,,這種快速、高效、綠色的公交形式在我國(guó)也開(kāi)始得到推廣。我國(guó)由于城市規(guī)模大、城市人口密集,對(duì)于公共交通服務(wù)的要求很高,所以在進(jìn)行BRT規(guī)劃建設(shè)的時(shí)候,必須充分論證方案的優(yōu)劣,以發(fā)揮出BRT系統(tǒng)的最大優(yōu)勢(shì),堅(jiān)決避免出現(xiàn)適得其反的情況。站點(diǎn)是整個(gè)BRT系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵性節(jié)點(diǎn),也是系統(tǒng)的瓶頸,其設(shè)置的合理與否直接影響整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行效率和服務(wù)水平,所以本文選擇BRT站點(diǎn)的宏觀設(shè)置作為研究?jī)?nèi)容。 在研究的過(guò)程中,本文采用理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法,既參閱了大量的相關(guān)理論研究,也參考了一些實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn),在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)站點(diǎn)的宏觀設(shè)置方法進(jìn)行了較為深入的探討。 論文先是對(duì)BRT站點(diǎn)的基本知識(shí)進(jìn)行了介紹,其中包含了對(duì)于BRT系統(tǒng)的簡(jiǎn)要介紹。對(duì)于BRT站點(diǎn)的詳細(xì)介紹主要包括BRT站點(diǎn)的分類方法、組成和功能三個(gè)方面,最后分析了站點(diǎn)對(duì)于整個(gè)BRT系統(tǒng)運(yùn)能的影響。 站距優(yōu)化是本文的核心內(nèi)容。在參考國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)規(guī)范和實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)站距的影響因素進(jìn)行了探討,整理、分析和總結(jié)了已有的相關(guān)理論研究,而后提出了基于BRT兩端步行時(shí)間的站點(diǎn)數(shù)優(yōu)化模型,并給出了算例,最后提出了一個(gè)基于系統(tǒng)運(yùn)輸效率最大的站距優(yōu)化建模思路。 BRT站點(diǎn)的布局(選址)優(yōu)化是本文的另一個(gè)核心內(nèi)容。在分析BRT站點(diǎn)布局的影響因素和總結(jié)BRT站點(diǎn)布局一般原則的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了在城市成熟開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)以及在城市郊區(qū)和新拓展地區(qū)的BRT站點(diǎn)布局方法。對(duì)于城市成熟開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū),提出了響應(yīng)出行需求的站點(diǎn)布局模型;對(duì)于城市郊區(qū)和新拓展地區(qū),在分析我國(guó)實(shí)施TOD開(kāi)發(fā)的必要性和可行性的基礎(chǔ)上,論述了TOD模式下BRT站點(diǎn)的功能,并提出了TOD模式下BRT站點(diǎn)的規(guī)劃流程。
[Abstract]:With the worldwide recognition of bus rapid transit, this rapid, efficient and green form of public transport has been popularized in our country. Due to the large scale and dense population of cities in our country, the demand for public transport services is very high. Therefore, in the planning and construction of BRT, we must fully demonstrate the merits and demerits of the schemes in order to give full play to the greatest advantages of the BRT system. Resolutely avoid counterproductive situations. The site is the key node of the whole BRT system, and also the bottleneck of the system. Whether its setting is reasonable or not directly affects the running efficiency and the service level of the whole system. So this paper chooses the macro setting of the BRT site as the research content. In the course of the research, this paper uses the method of combining theory with practice, not only referring to a large number of related theoretical research, but also referring to some practical experience, on the basis of which, the macro setting method of the site is discussed in depth. The paper first introduces the basic knowledge of the BRT site, including a brief introduction to the BRT system. The detailed introduction of BRT site mainly includes the classification method, composition and function of the BRT site. Finally, the influence of the site on the operation capacity of the whole BRT system is analyzed. The optimization of station distance is the core of this paper. On the basis of referring to the relevant standards and practical experience at home and abroad, this paper discusses the influencing factors of station spacing, collates, analyzes and summarizes the existing relevant theoretical studies, and then puts forward a model of optimizing the number of stations based on the walking time between the two ends of BRT. An example is given. Finally, a method for modeling the optimal station distance based on the maximum system transportation efficiency is proposed. The layout (location) optimization of the BRT site is another core of this paper. On the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of BRT site layout and summarizing the general principles of BRT site layout, this paper discusses the methods of BRT site layout in urban mature development zone and in suburb and new development area. For the mature urban development zone, the site layout model in response to the travel demand is put forward, and the functions of the BRT site in the TOD mode are discussed on the basis of analyzing the necessity and feasibility of implementing the TOD development in our country. At the same time, the planning flow of BRT site in TOD mode is put forward.
