熱再生瀝青混合料設(shè)計及性能試驗研究

【摘要】:在使用數(shù)年后,許多瀝青路面逐漸發(fā)生破壞,出現(xiàn)裂縫、坑槽,嚴(yán)重時發(fā)生斷裂。如果利用瀝青再生技術(shù),及時采取相應(yīng)的措施對損害的路面進(jìn)行維修,便可以使損害的路面繼續(xù)使用,延長其使用年限。瀝青路面的再生技術(shù)具有著生態(tài)效益,將廢舊的路面材料再次利用,節(jié)約了大量的原材料,解決了當(dāng)前資源短缺的問題。節(jié)約材料的同時降低了經(jīng)濟成本,帶來了較好的社會效益。具有這些優(yōu)點的瀝青路面再生技術(shù)得到越來越多的關(guān)注,成為當(dāng)今瀝青路面研究中的一個熱點。 本文在前人研究出的部分成果基礎(chǔ)上,從當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),分析了瀝青的老化機理和再生機理;為了提高廢舊瀝青混合料的利用率,針對熱再生瀝青混合料中舊料摻配方式以及摻量問題,分析確定了舊料的摻配方式;在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過車轍試驗和凍融劈裂試驗進(jìn)一步研究了隨著舊料摻量的變化,熱再生瀝青混合料高溫性能以及水損害抵抗能力的變化規(guī)律。。 文中首先總結(jié)了熱再生瀝青混合料的國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了瀝青的老化機理和再生機理,總結(jié)了瀝青再生的技術(shù)途徑。 研究了RAP集料和舊瀝青的性能,并分析了舊料級配的特點。隨著RAP中集料粒徑的增加,舊料中的瀝青含量呈現(xiàn)下降的趨勢。 設(shè)計再生瀝青混合料配合比時,著重研究了舊料的摻配方式,采用了灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析方法對再生瀝青混合料的動穩(wěn)定度與馬歇爾特征值進(jìn)行了灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析,得出影響混合料抗車轍能力的主要因素為馬歇爾模數(shù)。結(jié)合馬歇爾模數(shù)的變異系數(shù)結(jié)果,選擇1#摻配方式(4.75mm~9.5mm集料比例少而9.5mm~13.2mm比例多)進(jìn)行再生研究。 最后驗證了熱再生瀝青混合料的高溫性能和水穩(wěn)定性能。舊料的摻入可以明顯改善熱再生瀝青混合料的高溫性能。隨著舊料摻量的增加,混合料的動穩(wěn)定度與凍融劈裂強度比都呈現(xiàn)出先增加后降低的趨勢。在一定的摻量范圍內(nèi),舊料的摻入有利于再生瀝青混合料的水穩(wěn)定性能,但是需要控制好舊料的最高摻量。研究最后總結(jié)了廠拌熱再生瀝青路面施工工藝,并提出了再生瀝青混合料新舊集料加熱溫度控制的建議。
[Abstract]:After several years of use, many asphalt pavement gradually damage, cracks, potholes, serious fracture. If the asphalt regeneration technology is used and the corresponding measures are taken to repair the damaged pavement in time, the damaged pavement can continue to be used and the service life of the damaged pavement can be prolonged. The recycling technology of asphalt pavement has ecological benefits. The waste pavement materials are reused, which saves a lot of raw materials and solves the problem of resource shortage at present. At the same time, it reduces the economic cost and brings better social benefits. More and more attention has been paid to the technology of asphalt pavement regeneration with these advantages, which has become a hot spot in the research of asphalt pavement. On the basis of some achievements of predecessors, this paper analyzes the aging mechanism and regeneration mechanism of asphalt, in order to improve the utilization ratio of waste asphalt mixture, and from the current research situation at home and abroad, the paper analyzes the aging mechanism and regeneration mechanism of asphalt. In view of the problem of the mixing mode and quantity of used materials in hot recycled asphalt mixture, the mixing mode of used materials is analyzed and determined, and on this basis, through rutting test and freeze-thaw splitting test, the variation of the amount of used materials is further studied. The variation law of high temperature performance and water damage resistance of hot recycled asphalt mixture. This paper first summarizes the research status of hot recycled asphalt mixture at home and abroad, analyzes the aging mechanism and regeneration mechanism of asphalt, and summarizes the technical ways of asphalt recycling. The properties of RAP aggregate and old asphalt are studied, and the characteristics of gradation of used asphalt are analyzed. With the increase of aggregate particle size in RAP, the asphalt content in the old aggregate decreased. In the design of mixture ratio of recycled asphalt mixture, the mixing mode of used asphalt mixture is studied emphatically, and the grey correlation degree analysis method is used to analyze the dynamic stability of recycled asphalt mixture and the Marshall eigenvalue. The main factor affecting the rutting resistance of mixture is Marshall modulus. Based on the result of variation coefficient of Marshall modulus, the regeneration was studied by using the method of 1# mixing (4.75mm~9.5mm aggregate ratio was small and 9.5mm~13.2mm ratio was high). Finally, the high temperature performance and water stability of hot recycled asphalt mixture are verified. The high-temperature performance of hot-recycled asphalt mixture can be improved by adding used materials. With the increase of the amount of used materials, the dynamic stability of mixture and the ratio of freeze-thaw splitting strength are increasing first and then decreasing. In a certain range of admixtures, the addition of old materials is beneficial to the water stability of recycled asphalt mixtures, but the maximum amount of used materials should be controlled well. At last, the paper summarizes the construction technology of reclaimed asphalt pavement, and puts forward the suggestion of heating temperature control of new and old aggregate of recycled asphalt mixture.
