基于伽馬過程的鋼橋構(gòu)件疲勞裂紋檢測維護策略優(yōu)化

【摘要】:針對鋼橋構(gòu)件疲勞裂紋問題,研究了基于伽馬過程的疲勞裂紋增長過程模擬和疲勞失效概率;分析了檢測概率和維護措施對鋼橋構(gòu)件疲勞使用壽命的影響以及鋼橋構(gòu)件疲勞裂紋全壽命周期檢測維護成本;以最大化檢測維護后疲勞使用壽命和最小化疲勞裂紋檢測維護總成本為多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化函數(shù),建立了基于伽馬過程和遺傳算法的鋼橋構(gòu)件疲勞裂紋檢測和維護策略優(yōu)化計算模型;最后對某鋼橋橋面板加勁肋疲勞裂紋進行了優(yōu)化分析。結(jié)果表明:檢測維護成本隨疲勞使用壽命期望值的增加而增加;對比1次檢測維護策略,采用2次檢測維護策略可在小幅增加檢測維護成本的基礎(chǔ)上大幅延長疲勞使用壽命;Pareto優(yōu)化解集可提供多種不同檢測維護成本和疲勞使用壽命要求的檢測維護優(yōu)化策略。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the fatigue crack problem of steel bridge members, the simulation of fatigue crack growth process and fatigue failure probability based on gamma process are studied. The influence of detection probability and maintenance measures on fatigue service life of steel bridge members and the cost of fatigue crack detection and maintenance of steel bridge members are analyzed. In order to maximize the fatigue service life and minimize the total cost of fatigue crack detection and maintenance, the optimization model of fatigue crack detection and maintenance strategy of steel bridge member based on gamma process and genetic algorithm is established. Finally, the fatigue crack of stiffened rib of a steel bridge deck is optimized. The results show that the cost of inspection and maintenance increases with the increase of fatigue life expectation. The fatigue service life can be significantly prolonged by using the two-time test maintenance strategy on the basis of a small increase in the inspection maintenance cost, and the Pareto optimization solution set can provide a variety of detection and maintenance optimization strategies with different testing and maintenance costs and fatigue service life requirements.
