摘要：人性化交通系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建需要從群體特征、交通設(shè)施、管理對策三方面著手。首先明確了北川新縣城人性化交通系統(tǒng)應(yīng)重點解決道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)、慢行交通和特殊群體的交通需求、居民生活習慣的延續(xù)3個關(guān)鍵問題。探討了北川新縣城人性化交通系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建的思路和方法，針對道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)、慢行交通系統(tǒng)、無障礙設(shè)施、穩(wěn)靜交通區(qū)、細部交通設(shè)計5個方面展開具體分析，提出提高干路網(wǎng)密度、慢行交通一體化設(shè)計、采用較小的路緣石半徑等解決方案。最后，指出人性化交通系統(tǒng)的核心和本質(zhì)在于“人性化”而不是交通本身，人性化在我國城市交通系統(tǒng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展過程中應(yīng)不斷深化和加強。Abstract：

北川縣城是5·12汶川大地震災(zāi)后重建中唯一整體異地重建的新縣城，2010年新縣城將集中力量建設(shè)3.2km2，人口以北川受災(zāi)群眾和拆遷群眾為主，共3萬人[1]。北川新縣城規(guī)劃中，“人性化”的目標貫穿始終，按照人性化交通系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建的基本要求，在明確道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)尺度、功能以及不同群體交通需求、習慣等關(guān)鍵問題的基礎(chǔ)上，提出交通系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃布局方案。

1人性化交通系統(tǒng)的基本要求

人性化交通系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建，需要以三方面的工作為根本出發(fā)點，即群體特征、交通設(shè)施、管理對策，三者之間關(guān)系見圖1。
