高摻量RAP廠拌熱再生混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:對(duì)RAP料摻量為35%的AC-20C熱再生混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行研究,分析銑刨的RAP料特性。通過(guò)RAP料與新集料的摻配比,確定新瀝青的最佳用量,并通過(guò)室內(nèi)試驗(yàn),對(duì)再生瀝青混合料進(jìn)行路用性能的驗(yàn)證。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,再生瀝青混合料的水穩(wěn)定性、高溫穩(wěn)定性均能達(dá)到路用性能要求。再生技術(shù)不僅解決了"黑色污染"帶來(lái)的環(huán)境問(wèn)題,還可以節(jié)約成本,是符合節(jié)約能源型、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的行之有效的方法。
[Abstract]:The mix ratio design of AC-20C hot regenerated mixture with 35% RAP was studied, and the characteristics of RAP material in milling and planing were analyzed. The optimum dosage of new asphalt was determined by the mixing ratio of RAP and new aggregate, and the road performance of recycled asphalt mixture was verified by laboratory test. The test results show that the water stability and high temperature stability of recycled asphalt mixture can meet the requirements of road performance. Regeneration technology not only solves the environmental problems caused by "black pollution", but also saves the cost. It is an effective method for energy saving and sustainable development.
