簡(jiǎn)支變連續(xù)預(yù)加配載法加固舊橋的分析研究

【摘要】:摘要:鑒于我國(guó)現(xiàn)有橋梁引橋多采用裝配式簡(jiǎn)支T梁的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,橋梁在長(zhǎng)期的使用過(guò)程中,存在不同程度的損傷、結(jié)構(gòu)老化;橋梁所承受的荷載等級(jí)有不斷加大的趨勢(shì);時(shí)常有大型車(chē)輛通過(guò)橋梁,短期的過(guò)載會(huì)給橋梁造成永久的損傷,故有橋梁已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)在交通的需求,因此對(duì)故有橋梁的加固改造越來(lái)越迫切。本文以“九江長(zhǎng)江大橋引橋(4×40)m連續(xù)梁”為工程背景,借助于大型有限元分析軟件Midas/Civil,探討了簡(jiǎn)支T梁利用預(yù)加配載法簡(jiǎn)支變連續(xù)加固后結(jié)構(gòu)的受力性能。本文主要工作如下: 1.建立該橋加固前后的有限元分析梁格模型,分析加固前后成橋階段結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力變化特點(diǎn)。 2.計(jì)算原結(jié)構(gòu)和改造后結(jié)構(gòu)在不同配載下內(nèi)力、應(yīng)力的變化規(guī)律,并對(duì)實(shí)際工程提出合理的影響參數(shù)建議。 3.分析對(duì)比了橋梁采取雙排支座和單排支座時(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)的中跨和邊跨跨中內(nèi)力以及反彎段應(yīng)力、裂縫的變化規(guī)律,并建議給出了在同等配筋下結(jié)構(gòu)支座的采用形式以及預(yù)加配載荷載的大小。 4.通過(guò)對(duì)預(yù)加配載法和預(yù)應(yīng)力法簡(jiǎn)支變連續(xù)法結(jié)構(gòu)墩頂反彎段應(yīng)力的對(duì)比分析,得出簡(jiǎn)支橋梁使用預(yù)加配載法加固舊橋應(yīng)用于工程實(shí)際是可行的。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: in view of the fact that the existing bridge approach bridges in our country mostly adopt the prefabricated simply supported T-beam structure form, the bridge in the long-term service process, there are different degrees of damage, aging of the structure, the load level of the bridge has a trend of increasing. There are often large vehicles passing through the bridge, the short-term overload will cause permanent damage to the bridge, so the bridge can no longer meet the needs of the current traffic, so it is more and more urgent to strengthen the bridge. Taking the (4 脳 40) m continuous beam of the approach bridge of Jiujiang Yangtze River Bridge as the engineering background, this paper discusses the mechanical behavior of the simply supported T-beam strengthened by the preloading method with the help of the finite element analysis software Midas/Civil,. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. The finite element analysis model of the bridge before and after strengthening is established, and the variation characteristics of the internal force of the structure in the stage of the bridge before and after reinforcement are analyzed. 2. The variation law of internal force and stress of the original structure and the reconstructed structure under different loading is calculated, and the reasonable influence parameters of the actual engineering are suggested. 3. This paper analyzes and compares the internal force of middle span and side span of bridge with double row support and single row support, as well as the variation law of stress and crack in reverse bending section. It is also suggested that the structure bearing under the same reinforcement should be adopted and the size of preloaded load. 4. 4. Based on the comparative analysis of the stress in the reverse bending section of the piers by the preloading method and the prestressed method, it is concluded that it is feasible to use the preloading method to reinforce the old bridge in engineering practice.
